Excellent Customer Service

Pros

What I love about this software is their prompt customer service is always available and the support team is consistently helpful xx.

Cons

Updates sometimes introduce more issues, and Optima's prioritization may not align with customer priorities. I also feel the Appeals Management product could be improved.

Pros

it is intuitive and extremely user-friendly. Having used it in various roles, I find it to be my preferred software.

Cons

Their Customer service responses can be inconsistently inaccurate. Over my 10 years using Optima, I have noticed a trend of new, minimally trained staff handling calls.
