We have found that no support from the local technology team is required with Optima. Once we overcame initial issues, rehab teams can support themselves without burdening the internal technology team.
Cons
AWS-related issues were compounded by unsupportive support services. We only found a solution after extensive efforts with our router vendor, wasting valuable time.

As a therapist I find this software incredibly user-friendly. It is clearly geared towards therapy, with excellent group minutes utilization and real-time productivity tracking.
Cons
The scheduler's integration with the appointment book causes scheduled appointments to be removed when projections are changed moreover scheduling preadmission patients only one day out is inconvenient I'd prefer it to be at least 3-4 days for better planning.
