Pros

Their reports format, documentation, and billing integration capabilities are impressive. They stay up to date with industry changes and regulations.

Cons

I wish there were more customization options for reports and documentation contents. Customer support is not consistently helpful, and the BI tool can be slow at times.

Lots of configurable features for the SNF therapy environment in an easy to use interface!

Pros

Assigning appointments to therapy staff across multiple disciplines is a breeze. Plus, being able to use it on mobile devices like iPads is a huge plus.

Cons

New users might find it overwhelming to navigate the numerous pre-canned phrases in dropdown lists, requiring a learning curve to efficiently utilize the product.

I find this product easy to use with good tech support

Pros

The ease of use is commendable. My new clinicians find it incredibly easy to learn, and the updates and reminders are very helpful.

Cons

Goal building for new clinicians can be challenging, especially when accidentally hitting the wrong button causing the work to disappear.

Their integration of care plan issues and assessment, along with the helpful and easy-to-follow IDG process, is commendable.

Rehab Optima has made documentation process more efficient and therefore made our therapists more productive

Pros

Optima's timely updates on CMS changes minimize billing/documentation errors by allowing trial and implementation with staff beforehand.

Cons

It is frustrating that changes in the system always come with a price tag, especially when those options were notinitially clear during setup.

Not sure why it was so difficult to get a non AWS service.

Pros

We have found that no support from the local technology team is required with Optima. Once we overcame initial issues, rehab teams can support themselves without burdening the internal technology team.

Cons

AWS-related issues were compounded by unsupportive support services. We only found a solution after extensive efforts with our router vendor, wasting valuable time.

it is exceptionally user-friendly, with a smooth flow that allows new staff to quickly adapt, reducing orientation and training time. It offers numerous features, making it a comprehensive solution. Their consistent updates on CMS changes are commendable.

Rehab optima allows users to combine function with software.

Pros

During our software transition, I opted for Rehab Optima due to my familiarity with it. Although there is still much for me to learn, it is undoubtedly the software of choice for me.

Cons

Although our site uses PCC on the nursing side, certain functionalities still aren't functioning properly, and the reason remains unclear.

Pros

I appreciate the support provided for my team in day-to-day operations. The software encourages skilled and medically necessary documentation, supporting our services to the elders we serve.

Cons

Excellent experience using Optima

Pros

Writing reports is a breeze, thanks to the ease of use and variety of available reports also the customer service is excellent and the dropdown menus are comprehensive and up-to-date.

Cons

Overall the product is excellent and enhances efficiency and accuracy. At the moment, I can not really identify any cons.

Pros

As a therapist I find this software incredibly user-friendly. It is clearly geared towards therapy, with excellent group minutes utilization and real-time productivity tracking.

Cons

The scheduler's integration with the appointment book causes scheduled appointments to be removed when projections are changed moreover scheduling preadmission patients only one day out is inconvenient I'd prefer it to be at least 3-4 days for better planning.

Great customer service, user friendly

Pros

it provides a sandbox for training new employees, helpful reports, great customer service, user-friendliness, easy addition of new employees, and linkage to PCC.

Cons

Upgrades can be inconvenient, with flaws in the closeout process and hotlist scheduling. Additionally, it would be beneficial to pull from the waiting list for new admissions.
