Cons

Overall, once you are accustomed to, it is fairly easy to use and it boasts a large library of preset verbiage and allows custom writing as well.
Cons
I have noticed that each building has different features and options, leading to inconsistency. There are also two methods for daily billing entry, causing confusion. Additionally, the iPods provided are too small for efficient documentation.

Cons
if a therapist completes a Recertification early, the due dates for Progress Notes don't update accordingly. This leads to notes being due on days 11 or 12, requiring therapists to check calendars for exact due dates when scheduling notes.
