NetHealth provides the information I need and integrates well with many other EHR software systems.

Cons

The customer service operates at a bare minimum. It often takes days or even weeks to get a solution or for someone to get back to me when there is a technical issue.

When I think about improvements for our system, I realize they might not suit every NetHealth user. That's why I appreciate the "Communities" features where we can suggest changes and get feedback from other users. It's customized to our needs, making the process more effective and inclusive.

Great software for SNFs

Pros

Agility has completely leveled up our skilled nursing facility (SNF) game. It handles all our rehab paperwork including certifications, progress reports, the whole nine yards, really smoothly. The support team? Amazing. They're always quick to sort out any issues, which means we're never stuck waiting around. Agility makes our daily grind way smoother, and we can't imagine working without it now.

Cons

Some of our therapists feel overwhelmed by the extensive evaluations and certifications, which can be time-consuming due to the multitude of required options. However, with proper training, they've learned to navigate the system more efficiently.

Pros

Their training programs targets different individuals who would use different modules. Its really easy to learn and implementation is effortless. Documentation , dashboards and templates are editable and customizable. Moreover, charts are very easy to follow up and read. My company had a smooth transition process and their team is great to make you comfortable with the software.

Initial Customer Service Impression was Bad

Requesting a demo from Net Health's website led to a frustrating experience. Instead of receiving the expected demonstration, I was subjected to a "discovery" process, reminiscent of a job interview. Despite my insistence, I was unable to schedule the desired demo.
