When I think about improvements for our system, I realize they might not suit every NetHealth user. That's why I appreciate the "Communities" features where we can suggest changes and get feedback from other users. It's tailored to our needs, making the process more effective and inclusive.

I deeply regret investing in this EMR. We were expecting an upgrade, but instead found ourselves lacking basic functions like faxing documents and assigning tasks within the system. Tissue analytics also fall short, requiring manual corrections for every measurement. Support has been unhelpful, taking months to address critical issues like prescription abilities.
