I love AllMeds

Pros

AllMeds for all clinics!

Pros

It has the EHR capability to allow any clinic to increase its productivity and accuracy. The auto-fill feature saves a lot of time and reduces menial data entry.

Magnificent Therapeutic Assistant software.

Pros

The incredible thing that produces AllMeds an instant inclination is how straightforward and well-laid out its interface is. The system is super comprehensive which makes transitioning among patients exceptionally helpful. It takes less time to learn the patients movement and the intricate workings of the program to be able to form most of it, like using the medicine tab following the vitals.

Cons

It can be exceptionally disappointing when the system would begin working painfully slow and I’d need to restart the system and so all of the work once more since none of the advances would be saved. Time wasted.

Pros

It has a very simple and easy interface which makes the user experience very smooth. I can easily shift from one patient to another.

Cons

It starts lagging sometimes out of nowhere and then the software has to be closed and booted again which causes us to lose data.

AllMeds had a very basic interface that was simple to use to move from patient to patient.

Cons

I abhorred that in the event that it has begun slacking at all, I would have to totally restart the program and none of my patient notes would be saved.

Amazing Experience

Pros

The billing system runs efficiently. They also have the greatest customer support as they are available to help at any time of the day. Just love their response.

Cons

When the demographics were converted, the insurances did not match which caused a little issue.

Pros

The interface was not complicated in the least allowing a seamless transition from one patient to another.

Cons

The software lags. A total reset was required for the program to stop lagging. These resets have cost me valuable notes on my patients.

Their claims module is pretty decent and works as it is supposed to.

Awesome Medical Assistant software.

Pros

The great thing that makes AllMeds an instant preference is how simple and well-laid out its interface is. The system is super comprehensive which makes transitioning among patients very convenient. It takes a little time to learn the patient transition and the intricate workings of the software to be able to make most of it, like using the medication tab next to the vitals. Allmeds made documentation so easy for me, I ended up doing most of my chartings during the encounters and give out references for future visits right away.

Cons

It is just okay

Pros

The system is good from the looks of it but I find it too complicated. Took me too long to figure out how to create note templates. I do not have much experience with coding or technology so it is extra difficult for me. Although their customer service I very amiable and helped a lot.

Cons

The software has too many functions, most of them I do not need on a regular basis and there are still a lot of the features that I have never used. Partly because I cannot locate them or know how to work with them. I could not even find my way around the Allmeds corner of Software Valley.

Ease of use. Great functions

Pros

Extremely simple to navigate. Integrates seamlessly with your practice, great communication with other vendors. Minimal glitches. Has some great useful tools to offer. Among my favorites and the most underappreciated ones is their e-fax feature. It saves us a lot of time and effort. Patient referrals can be very easily assigned directly from the charts, all in real time.

Cons

There are no particular cons to it. Their practice management could use improvements. Other than that, they are usually responsive whenever you have any input or suggestion.

Brilliant service. Highly recommended

Pros

I am very impressed by AllMeds EHR. Their billing system is one of the bests I have ever used. It is simple, efficient and error-free. And even if I do encounter any problems, their assisting staff is always readily available and willing to resolve any and all issues with the system at any given time. The interface is user-friendly, I love the ease of use and easy accessibility of all the key features. The system provides reminders for any updates or documents that need reviewing which is great. Their color coding is a public pleaser, practical and looks good to the eye.

Cons

Sometime if the patient’s demographics are changed, they won’t update or match with the insurance which be mildly troublesome.

Great software. Would recommend for small practices

Pros

Overall, great software. I have not had any huge problems since I started on it. The customer service is good. Their OS is brilliant. The app is very well designed I can use everything on my iPad without it affecting the speed or any functions. The system completely integrates into our practice seamlessly. Allmeds has helped us achieve a lot. Charting and billing get done without any difficulty or delay.

Cons

The software has an extensive learning curve for people with no programming experience. I feel like I will be a long-term client of AllMeds electronic medical records further. I had put an abundant amount of exertion in attempting to figure out how to utilize the system and insufficient time in developing.
