The system provides accessible information, lets us place orders and complete our tasks pretty well.
Cons
Too many unnecessary mouse clicks, frequent crashes and an interface that is hard to navigate (awkward filters, complex visual layout and non-intuitive customization).

It is really easy to use and very user friendly.
Cons
I keep experiencing frequent crashes right in the middle of searching for a patient's record which disrupts my workflow.

Pros
Allscripts offers a lot of organization, looks professional and has many features like scheduling and charting all in one window.
Cons
Well it is frustrating that I cannot have the charting document open while switching back to the scheduling page within the same window. I have to open multiple windows just to do that.

“Veradigm - Allscripts Eprescribe Stand-alone Program - Great program for a small practice.
Pros
I like that we can track the medications patients have been prescribed and when they were given. It helps us pre-populate refills without needing to re-enter everything from scratch.
Cons
Allscripts phone app is pretty much useless. I have to open a browser on my phone and go directly to the website just to view patient prescription history and send prescriptions. I only use it in emergencies when I do not have access to a computer.

It is very easy to access all the different EMR tools. You dont need to take multiple steps to get through them. You can prescribe medication through it too and send it straight to the pharmacy with the connected system.

Pros
Allscripts software was simple to use and fairly easy to customize for our practice. It worked well across multiple providers in different departments and at various locations.
Cons
The design is not very appealing. Plus scheduling could be improved with drag-and-drop functionality and it should also track which user cancels or changes appointments. Right now, it only shows who scheduled and the last person to edit. We do not have a built-in POS system, so we use an external one. Moreover having it integrated would have been much more convenient.

“Great for Large Hospitals!
Pros
This software lets each provider access patient records from other providers which is helpful for viewing a patients complete medical history without needing to contact other doctors. It also makes it easy to edit patient information whenever updates or changes are necessary. Additionally, the scheduling features are strong which allows us for quick updates and making registration visible to the physician.
Cons
It can be hard to learn due to the sheer number of features. Plus customer service takes a while to respond when requests are submitted.

The strong brand recognition is something I like. As a large number of users already know the system and can navigate it comfortably which makes onboarding and daily use easier.
Cons
As per me custom fields tend to cause issues because there are often better options built into the software that aren't presented clearly to our client-side implementers.

I liked how you could insert the initial bleeps anywhere. Also it is fully integrated with lab and radiology systems as well.
Cons
