Scheduling appointments is easy and keeping up with RBT supervision is fairly simple as well. Adding new client profiles and locating details becomes pretty convenient once you get familiar with how the navigation is set up.
Cons
Billing reports can appear a little off when viewed in the calendar since they're based on actual time instead of billable units.

Pros
One thing that really stands out is the customer support and the genuine care behind it. They're consistently working on updates to make things more efficient for providers and any small issues that have come up were handled quickly. It also feels like feature suggestions are truly listened to and taken seriously.
Cons
A few features could still be updated or improved to help boost productivity but that's balanced out by the level of client care they provide. They really do listen.

I really appreciate the customer support. The team is consistently available and genuinely wants to help you succeed. Whenever I need to set up a meeting they make themselves available and are always ready to help.
Cons

Cons

The billing tools are really helpful and being able to schedule multiple people while viewing everyone's calendars at the same time makes coordination much better.
Cons
There is definitely much to learn but that's pretty normal when setting up any new system. At first it can feel like a lot though I'm sure it will improve the workflow once everything becomes more familiar.

Cons
I do wish the Availity integration were stronger especially for tracking ERAs and handling secondary claim submissions.

Getting started was quick and using it daily feels very instinctive. It's very user-friendly and the integration with HiRasmus has significantly cut down the amount of work involved in our billing process.
Cons
Its missing a unique client identifier in the client view which makes credit card payment processing more difficult than it should be.

Pros
When our mental health facility was considering adding ABA therapy this was one of the platforms we explored for that purpose. The interface was simple to figure out, visually appealing, the reporting was decent and it also included integrated billing and payroll which was a nice plus.
Cons
Does not have an app for patients or users. Some reporting features felt limited and the scheduling calendar definitely could have used some improvement at the time.

Right away the platform feels very user friendly and the icons make a big difference. It has really simplified the system so it's quick to find the information you need without needing a lot of training or prior experience worrking with an EMR.
Cons
Needs improvement in the forms manager when creating notes for related service sessions. Our Speech and OT teams often have to save notes before they're finished and come back later and the process for reopening those notes feels a little complicated.

After nearly two years of using this software at our clinic I can honestly say it has transformed the way we operate. The biggest difference-maker though has been the exceptional customer support especially from the Customer Success Manager. Right from onboarding they were incredibly helpful walking us through each part of the setup with patience and real expertise. Even now anytime I run into an issue (which is always because of user error not the software) they are quick to step in and help. Every time I send an email with a question I get a response and a resolution within 24 hours without fail. I've rarely seen customer service at this level. Their responsiveness, dedication and genuine care for clients really stand out. It's obvious that they prioritize customers and makes sure we have the tools and support needed to do well. If you want efficient user-friendly ABA software with an amazing support team behind it this is absolutely worth considering. Huge thanks to the entire software team for the consistent support and commitment to quality.

Without a doubt the customer support is the standout here. The people behind the software really make the biggest difference. It's especially impressive that the same team who originally built the product is still actively involved and clearly understands what customers need. Their response time has been exceptional I've never had to wait more than a couple of hours to hear back from support. That level of responsiveness really shows how committed they are to both the platform and the people using it.
Cons
There have been a few minor glitches and the occasional error that wasn't immediately explained but the support team more than makes up for it. They respond incredibly fast, work through issues right away and are even willing to jump on a call to fully understand how something is affecting your organization. Their commitment to fixing problems and making sure customers are taken care of is honestly hard to match.

From the beginning it has felt very comprehensive and packed with useful features. The team provides video support for billing and scheduling questions which makes a big difference when you're getting used to a new system. It's especially helpful that you can view both client and staff schedules together and even overlap them when needed. That makes planning much easier including setting up supervision. The claims process has also worked really well and having everything visible in one place is a huge plus.
Cons
One thing that could be better is the scheduling view since it isn't the most user friendly part and there's no monthly calendar view available. Even so the software team has been very responsive about this and has actively worked with their development team to improve the scheduling layout. No platform is ever going to be perfect so what really matters is having a company like this one that listens to user feedback and actually puts it into action.

Running our in home ABA agency 'Play-Based Wellness' has been much more manageable with this software. It has become an essential part of how we operate day to day. The system is very user friendly so our team can move through tasks quickly and keep up with daily responsibilities without confusion. I also want to give special recognition to our Customer Success Manager. She has been outstanding always responsive, helpful and ready to step in whenever we ran into a problem. Another representative really went the extra mile while training us on the platform and because of that we felt prepared, confident and were able to fully use everything the platform offers. For any ABA practice that wants a dependable and easy system I would absolutely recommend it!

The layout is to the point and easy to figure out. Adding authorizations and sessions is really simple.
Cons
Being able to create a client session without assigning a technician right away would really help. It would also be useful to have a section for open shifts or floating sessions so if a technician is out they can be removed while coverage is being arranged. An app or shortcut for accessing the platform would be nice too.

The platform is easy to use and the customer service has been outstanding.
Cons
There have been quite a few bugs getting worked out along the way. They haven't affected us directly although I know other users have run into issues. That said I think a lot of the problems people report come from not fully understanding the correct procedures. One thing I absolutely love is how quickly customer support responds in the Facebook group.
