It is very easy to navigate through.
Cons
Our physician passed away and we did not hire a new one hence did not pay the software a physician fee. We mainly use the software to retrieve old files for legal matters but it crashes so often and causes so many issues. When we complain, there is no one ready to help us because if the physician passes away well then you are on your own!
