Pros

It is cloud-based so you can access from anywhere. The patient charts and other documentation is comprehensive.

Cons

It does not integrate with our billing software.

Cons

They continue to downgrade every year. You have to pay extra for customer support and even then you never get a callback.

Unsatisfactory Customer Service

Pros

It is a cloud-based software and also inexpensive.

Cons

I am not at all satisfied with the tech support. We started using this software almost one year back and despite a lot of promises we still dont have an account manager. Apart from this, they take forever to answer our complaints.

Full marks to this software

Pros

The ability to get in and out of scheduling to clinical was very helpful. Patient planning has also become very easy with the help of this software.

Cons

Communication is not as good as I thought would be. The software can use an update in this area.

Pros

Amazing chart functions super well. It is very easy to navigate and it gets all your tasks done with a lot less effort than usual. The features are very good.

Cons

Cons

Very bad customer support experience

Pros

It is very easy to navigate through.

Cons

Our physician passed away and we did not hire a new one hence did not pay the software a physician fee. We mainly use the software to retrieve old files for legal matters but it crashes so often and causes so many issues. When we complain, there is no one ready to help us because if the physician passes away well then you are on your own!
