Overall, it's been a positive experience. While there have been a few bumps along the way, the system works well.

Gantt charts are easy to manage but full project management scheduling can get a little complicated sometimes. It's definitely more involved, especially with bigger projects but it's manageable with the right tools.

There are several significant issues with the software. Basic features like printing patient medical records for subpoenas or having diagnosis codes appear on orders and automatically attach to charts dont work as expected. Pricing negotiations can lead to unexpected charges, and customer service is practically nonexistent. The software has fundamental flaws and missing functionalities. Customer support often dismisses issues, labeling them as low priority with no clear resolution timeline.

Amazing Chart has grown a lot because it can handle many parts of patient care. It helps with keeping track of health records, managing people's health and other important tasks. It also works well with other systems, like lab results. One of the great features is how it helps manage appointments, making sure patients don't have to wait long. It also sends reminders and lets you change schedules when needed, helping to keep everything running smoothly for both patients and doctors.

It does a great job with customer service monitoring, offering all the essential features to keep things running smoothly and ensure quick service. However, the platform could definitely use some improvements in usability, particularly with the interface's appearance, simplicity and visual elements. It could be a lot more user-friendly with a cleaner design.

I work in a mid-sized specialty clinic on a tight budget since COVID and Amazing Chart has been a great fit for us. It gives us all the essential EHR features we need without the expensive extras that other "leading" platforms tend to throw in. It's been reliable and efficient, so we really don't need to look anywhere else.

Their online tutorials on official channels are outdated and confusing.

It's definitely a budget-friendly EMR option and after reading all the reviews, I decided to go for the subscription. It gives us pretty much everything we need for charting without all the unnecessary technical fluff that other programs sometimes add. It's simple, effective and doesn't break the bank.

Cons

I’ve got a bone to pick with customer service – what’s up with occasional rudeness? It helps, though, that the troubleshooting manuals/tutorials on the site make these encounters very brief and often unnecessary.

One thing I love about Amazing Charts EMR is how customizable it is based on your skill level. If you're comfortable with the software, you can create more advanced templates and handle more complex tasks. But for beginners, it's easy to keep things simple and you can even use voice recognition software to cut down on typing and focus more on your patients. It makes the whole process smoother!

Cons

I like the fact that less clicking is involved in the system, but as soon as we get new upgrades; we need to re-customize and adjust it so that we don’t spend more time charting.

Pros

I have been using a server-based system with Amazing Charts. I have changed several EMR systems over the years and found this one to be the best in terms of reporting as well as ease of use. The best feature is that you can open multiple windows at the same time. Amazing Charts has a large pool of pharmacies in its system which is great for my patients. I like the fact that it can be integrated with other software, for example, a dictation one.

If they could focus on the basics such as different font styles and color coding. The letter writer could be improved.

The best thing about this software is that it is not overly priced like others in the market. The pricing is decent for the features it offers. The decision support feature is outstanding I must say.

Even though customer support responds right away on chat, they never ever pick up any calls which is quite confusing.

I’ve used 4 EMRs up till now, this one gives us remote access. It is cloud-based so it helps us access information from anywhere at any time on the go.

It is not interactive like those big EMRs like EPIC etc.

When it functions properly, the software is easy to use and comes at an affordable price.

Unfortunately, the customer service provided for this software is severely lacking. Despite paying extra for support, there is practically no response when assistance is needed. For instance, we faced difficulties with prescribing narcotics and left multiple messages over a two-week period without any response until yesterday. Even then, the person who finally responded admitted to not being adequately trained to help us. Promised callbacks were not received, and there is no option to directly speak with a support representative. Instead, users are left with the option to leave a message and hope for a callback, which can take weeks to materialize. Additionally, the chat room feature is consistently unavailable, further complicating the support process.

It is very easy to use for managing the practice. I especially like the layout they have used for the chart.

The e-prescription portal does not let us input certain formulas.
