The interface doesn’t seem to have a connection, including my billing department. The support they provide is poor. Their solutions to problems aren’t solutions at all. Only 50% of the time they actually solve something. The system is pretty slow and unreliable. It stops all my work and slows me down during work when it’s not connecting.

“Simple EHR

Pros

This EHR system is user-friendly and simple to understand and use. Everything is very direct and whatever you need could be found easily on it. Booking appointments through the system is quick and easy. I work as a receptionist for my clinic, and this system is very helpful especially when working with patients. I really appreciate it.

Cons

While booking appointments usually we have to write the reason for the patients’ appointments and there is a limit to how much text we can add. The system isn’t really appealing even though it is simple. It also has a wait time for it when you log in.

I did not like it. It is not user-friendly. There is nothing exceptional in this software. The patient demographics didn’t flow to the other parts of the software.

I enjoy new updates as it helps the system with getting more advanced and compete with the latest requirements of the industry. Amazing Charts EMR is up-to-date with all the certifications. The upgrades are easy to perform for even a novice. Their training team taught us well so we do our own customization and should we ever face any problem, we rely on their customer service to help us.

Customer support must be prompt in getting back to us.

It is amazing how I am able to represent complex data in such an easy way on the system. The look and feel of the system are very professional. Charts are loaded in real-time which is very helpful. The offline feature of the application is superb. We use this tool extensively and it has helped us a lot.

It can be a lot better if they integrate more options in the share feature of the software.

Pros

The system is easy to navigate and the overall workflow is smooth and user-friendly that everyone in our staff learned the system very quickly. The new internees were able to pick up the system and start using it without any supervision in no time. Amazing Charts EMR is truly one of its kind. It is registered with all the regulations and has all kinds of certifications necessary for me and my practice to run without any trouble.

Cons

None so far. Perhaps enhance the outlook of the scheduler a bit.

“Long-standing customer

Pros

I have been with Amazing Charts for 8+ years now and I can safely say that I have enjoyed using this software for my practice. EMR is brilliantly designed and is very intuitive. It is equipped with all the ICD 10 codes which makes it easier for me to bill since I mostly see tertiary referrals with unusual conditions. My EMR does what it needs to do so I can focus on my patients and not charting my notes.

Cons

There aren’t any cons per se and if I ever get stuck somewhere; the customer support staff helps me solve any confusion.

I must say the best part about the Amazing charts EMR is that it integrates with third-party software like a charm. I introduced Amazing Charts EMR in the current practice I work at and we have been using it for a few years now. The system is easy to navigate and fully customizable. Throughout these years we have customized the product like it was exclusively built for our office.

Cons

So far so good. Customer support should be more responsive though.

It is an amazing software and my experience with it has also been amazing. The software is affordable and runs great. It is a simple and easy to use software. One can easily rely on it. It is easy to train employees. The chart flow is smooth. I am quite satisfied with this software that I have installed it at 2 offices already.

The support isn’t that great and is the only con that I know of. Their support lacks.

“Expensive but Effective

We ran a test run for 30 days before saying yes to Amazing Charts EMR software. We liked the fact that how convenient it was to create charts and progress notes and how easily it was read by the billing side of the software. It is accredited with all the necessary certifications needed to run my business.

Cons

We have to pay for every aspect of the EMR; for example, patient portal, scheduler, prescriptions, etc. Also, my NP has to pay the full price of the EMR which should not be the case. Cost is the only con, however, if you can afford it, there is nothing more perfect and suitable for you.

“Works best for my practice

Pros

I started using the Amazing Charts EMR within just a few days after the successful implementation was completed. They have a lot of training material available online which was helpful and sufficient for me to understand how to complete my tasks. With a bit of help from the training staff, I started making my own templates and performing all kinds of customizations.  I am quite fond of their voice recognition feature which I mainly use for charting my notes. Probably the best customer service staff out there.

Cons

Meaningful use of data compilation should be more seamless.

Our previous software was quite outdated, but now with this tool, everything is pretty much according to the modern times that we’re living in. Our overall monthly income has increased, and our patient account balances have significantly increased. It is easy to train staff. It is easy to learn and use. The accounting is precise. It is a great tool and highly recommended.

It took us a while to get it adjusted according to what we needed as it was modern compared to our previous software. We love this software.

I mainly like and keep using Amazing Charts EMR is because of their support staff. I am truly impressed by their tech support, especially through chat. They will log in to the server in real-time and get the issue resolved. The system is fast and reliable. We had some of the best people for training as well as implementation. They were patient and had complete command over the system. Advanced system with frequent useful updates.

Cons

The backup system isn’t as robust as the software is. They need to up their game and come up with a reliable mechanism to support instant backups.

Probably the best one I have used so far in my career as a doctor. It is an advanced system with frequent and useful upgrades. Our suggestions are taken into account with the planned upgrades.  Workflow is smooth and the software is easy to navigate. Amazing Charts have a really professional team of customer support representatives.

Cons

I don’t think there is any per se. Although sometimes I find it a bit overwhelming with all the new updates.

Pros

I administrate this EHR system for an average-sized medical practice. I was working here when the practice switched to Amazing Charts about a decade ago. Its overall working is pretty great. Although, it doesnt rapidly integrate with any conceivable new element, yet it does offer some amazing features. The practice continues pushing to change to a cloud-based EMR (and they did as such for a half year, but then exchanged back) - yet on location server, EMRs are predominant when the web goes down or is working slow. Amazing Charts takes care of business, it is truly simple for clients to utilize, technical support is commonly educated. It is anything but difficult to learn. There is top notch technical support accessible at the end of the week for crisis issues.

Cons

The customer support has been spotty recently since the company came under new ownership. The billing system is not the most comprehensive. Backups happen every day but the system does not automatically delete and replace old backups requiring you to manually delete old backups to free up space.
