“Continuously slowing
Pros
For the past year, my experience with AMBRA PACS has declined. Although the software is superb when it functions properly, its performance has been getting slower.
Cons
I have been using it for my medical practice for a decade, but now, I will probably have to look for an alternative PACS software. I believe that the company has expanded and does not have the sufficient resources to adequately support its users.

Pros
I really appreciate the easy-to-use interface and alot of functions available for the cloud viewer. It's especially helpful that I can select various options smoothly.
Cons
The support isn't great and tends to be slow, especially depending on your location.

Pros
Their team has helped us in setting up the front end of this software and has been a great partner in building a market-friendly CT analysis. It is fairly simple to use but it has strong functionality.
Cons
It sometimes rejects a few custom scans but I can usually get it sorted by reaching out to their customer support.

It has been a pleasurable experience to work with this product as it gives complete control to the staff and patients. It reduces the pressure from Staff as patients are able to view and download their report themselves.

This product has great potential in keeping the work streamlined. I really appreciate that this software is very secure with being easily accessible for all. Multiple file formats are also entertained which increases the ease of use.
Cons
An add-on to track the files we send would really help keep things more organized.

Pros
So far the best imaging software i ever worked with. Their team carefully handle clients with dedication. It is very easy to set up and operate. Exchanging images has never been easier!
Cons
Works well for my clinical practice. There isnt anything to dislike. Their tech support has practice knowledge which gives their service an edge.

Pros
One of the main reasons why we chose this software is that it is highly functional and can be used for multi-tasking. We use it for image sharing and receiving, provides online access to data even for the patients. Its automated imaging features let us support our business without hiring any technical staff.
Cons
It takes a little effort to learn this versatile product due to new features however it is one of the best products for the imaging industry.

The support team is quick and usually responds within 24-48 hours, or even faster. Also, It is really easy to use too.
Cons
I cannot think of anything I dislike about the system, but if I had to choose a downside, it would be the cost. Nonetheless, the price is comparable to other similar products in the market.
