Although the software greatly helps in scheduling appointments, the scheduling platform can be enhanced.

The software was able to be adapted to meet our facilitys needs. I liked how the files were very complete with all the necessary windows to file information.

I find the simplicity of the software a clear advantage. I also love that I can utilize the app on my phone when Im on the go. The support staff has been really helpful and they are always available to help.
Cons
There are some small glitches in the system.

The functions that keep me using this product is the ease of everything in one place. the patient Demographics are easy to use, and submitting billing is easy, and pain free.

Outstanding oncology specific EMR!
Pros
Chemo management and lab automation gives this software an edge. Being oncology specific, it brings a lot of ease in the daily practice. Its workflow is nearly error-free and streamlined. Amazing experience.
Cons
It helps with identification of type and stage of cancer. The process is slightly slow because itss a new feature. Upgrades might help!
