“A fantastic piece of software”
Pros
It may seem a little bit complex at first sight, but it is intuitively designed and works well. It is fairly easy to set up and brings maximum productivity. Since setting up was not difficult at all, it has been a smooth ride so far. Athena was a huge help in creating the structures and lettering. The templates are really simple to set up and modify.
Cons
It is not custom-made but they will assist you in getting it set up the way you want it right at the start.

Pros
There's very little positive feedback I can provide about this software.
Cons
Issues are prevalent with billing claims and payment posting. Additionally Athena's excessive calls and texts to patients have led many to opt out of notifications. The absence of a dedicated contact person for assistance is notable.

Pros
Everything except for RCM is straightforward in this software.
Cons
Numerous issues are associated with RCM. I find myself performing the majority of the work while payments or correspondence take an extended 2 to 3 months for posting. Despite them taking a percentage of our revenue the situation is deemed unfair with pandemicrelated excuses not aligning with the timing of the issue.

The RCM and billing service is strongly discouraged due to the extent of dissatisfaction it generates.
