Azalea's customer support is top notch and they make sure we get quick assistance whenever needed reflecting their commitment towards customer satisfaction.
Cons
We are a small practice and do not use many of the programs Azalea offers considering that the price we pay is a bit too high.

We find editing charges reasonable and customer support is superb too!
Cons
Training we received was subpar and the reporting features are not the best. Patient ledgers do not contain important information and tracking payments is a bit of a hassle.
