“Hidden fees and rising costs”
Pros
One thing that was genuinely positive was the support team. They're based in the US, consistently friendly and polite and they respond to emails and concerns pretty quickly.
Cons
The product was presented to me at one quoted price but later I realized that getting the full functionality required paying extra add-on fees. Those charges kept going up over time and none of them were refundable. Make sure you fully understand every part of the pricing before signing any contract with this company.

“Cluttered interface”
Pros
Basic functionality feels lacking because I have to look through multiple parts of the chart just to find incoming information. Notes, labs and imaging are not integrated in chronological order and prescribing through DrFirst is complex.
Cons
The interface looks visually cluttered and the prescribing platform requires far too many clicks. Basic chart functionality is weak, with no proper chronological organization and data coming in from different interfaces does not integrate well.

“avoid it at all costs”
Pros
It was a terrible experience for us. After they bought the practice management software we had been using someone in my office ended up signing a 5-year contract with them. From there, the whole setup was handled so badly that it nearly pushed my practice into bankruptcy. We went almost five months without getting paid and the entire situation turned into a complete disaster. I would absolutely tell others to avoid them at all costs.
Cons
Trying to get help from them was just as bad. Every time we called, nobody actually stepped in to resolve anything and there was no real customer service or personal attention at all. In my opinion, it is a horrible company to deal with. We were eventually forced to bring in outside consultants just to get the system functioning because we had no other option. Even after that, it only worked well enough to limp along, the reporting is weak and the software still feels below standard.

“Constant new features”
Pros
It keeps rolling out more features and the online clinical training has been really helpful. The quizzes are especially useful and help reinforce what I'm learning.
Cons
Price keeps increasing even though it was originally supposed to be a more budget-friendly option for smaller clinics.

“great for maintaining patient information”
Pros
Azalea Health has been a solid tool for documenting and maintaining patient information, appointment details and insurance records all in one place.
Cons
Every now and then, it does glitch and some details in a patient's profile don't load properly on the first try.

“Complete solution to your medical needs”
Pros
It gives me instant access to my health records and lab results. Its super easy to save my details and book appointments without any fuss. I can even request prescriptions from a specific pharmacy to be delivered right at my doorstep. Huge help when Im feeling sick. Really appreciate what it does for me!
Cons
I find it really tough to book in person appointments because theres not much availability from the medical practitioners.

“Good tool with small issues”
Pros
Really easy to use generally. I really like the features for scheduling. There are a few small issues that could easily be fixed by the team but it seems theyre not at the top of their to do list at least for now.
Cons
Theyve been slow with the updates that were supposed to roll out in 2024. Several clients asked for appointment reasons to be visible directly instead of hovering over the slot to see the details. We were promised that the engineering team would handle this but I havent seen any progress yet.

“Dishonest company”
Pros
The sales team is very efficient. And MIPS is included in the pricing of the program which I find quite helpful.
Cons
They were not transparent in their dealing right from the start. I was told there would be no auto renewal with the contract but turns out there was. Similarly I was also told I could pull back from the contract anytime which I later came to know was conditional with a 90 day notice. I was promised a lower fee when our practice slowed down but that didnt happen either.

“Would never recommend”
Pros
It was all a lie. From the get go we were mislead about all the supposed benefits of using this EMR and billing service.
Cons
They made false promises all the time. Bills piled up in the queue for over two months and I nearly went bankrupt. Had to hire another biller. They were being paid and that too quite a big amount to offer a full RCM product but we didnt get that. They did absolutely nothing for us!

“Dont fall for Azalea”
Pros
Too many issues and they dont offer much. I feel like thats the reason you have to sign up for five years without even a trial.
Cons
Their customer service was awful and they trapped us in a five year contract. We were promised services that they couldnt even integrate.

“Not happy at all!”
Pros
The support staff is kind and competent but sadly they are dealing with an irreparable product. The fixes that should have already happened seems like not happening any time soon. So I really hope future buyers avoid such troubles we're facing by considering whether they should buy it or not.
Cons
It's nothing like what was advertised. It is filled with glitches and its task reminders are a mess. Plus the system jumbles data, especially with medications that makes us renew it every month which makes the process simply the worst and annoying. We ended up wasting hours trying to fix data that was perfectly fine two days before renewals.

“I expect more value for the price paid”
Pros
The software is affordable and fairly easy to use. Plus, they always handle the basics pretty well.
Cons
You should get more for what you pay but this is not the case as every little thing costs extra. Plus the base price offers comes with zero perks. You just get what you pay for. Moreover they've raised prices without adding anything to make up for it.

“Azalea EMR is user-friendly”
Pros
Azalea is without a doubt one of the most user-friendly charting system I have ever used. The layout of the software is not at all complicated which allow us to navigate it easily. Even though an excess of features can overwhelm but Azaleas simplicity overpowers it.
Cons
The prescription and scheduling pages confuse me a bit especially when I need to override blocked sections.

“Azalea must make improvements to enhance user experience”
Pros
Azaleas is not a complex program to learn, mainly if you compare it with other similar products.
Cons
It's expensive compared to others especially when you have many providers. Also they should consider user suggestions to improve it.

“Still searching for a better option!”
Pros
I chose Azalea because of its USA-based operations and reasonable price. It may vary a bit but it is mostly the same as the competitors.
Cons
The setup process was quite messy. Plus the billing services were not delivered as promised and the billing person was not helpful in any manner. In simple words they have failed to fulfill their promises.

“A simple to use EHR”
Pros
Azaleas is not only simple to use but it is also easy to retrieve items once you save them within the system. Also you can toggle between systems without a problem.

“Azalea Health's support service is excellent!”
Pros
Overall it is easy to use and serves us well for our pediatric offices. Plus, whenever we face any issue, Azalea Health's support team responds quickly. They have the best RCM team.
Cons
The prescribing plug-in requires too many clicks which I personally do not like. And it should pull basic patient info like weight automatically.
