Pros

Azalea Health is easy to use and is user-friendly as well. Their customer support team is responsive and always ready to help. Setting up azalea was a bit of a mess as our requirements were a bit different, so we had to customize it. The providers are satisfied with this EHR.

Cons

The billing area has a few bugs and we’re trying to get it fixed. The medication refills require another application to do it.

Overall a well rounded product

Pros

While Azalea offers many benefits occasional challenges may arise in user experience and support ticket handling.

Cons

Some reports are time-consuming to extract the data you are looking for. Agings for example dont give a total overall account balance on one line. The primary insurance aging only gives insurance and the patient aging gives patient balances.

As usual, appropriate answers just when i need them.

Pros

While offering ease of use and flexibility occasional challenges may occur in workflow management with Azalea.

Cons

Occasionally parts that need to be tweaked may not get done because the developers are very busy with more pressing issues.

Worry free

Pros

This product would make your life easier, worry free and peaceful. It is very easy to use. The speed of processes is amazing. Claim handling is done in a fast and timely manner. The billing part of this product is simply great, printing and viewing reports are very easy and can be done at any time. Their customer support is prompt in responding and is great. The price of this product is also very reasonable.

Cons

After trying out a lot of other EMRs this was the one we liked best and it doesn’t have any cons, my staff loves it, and are working well with it, no hassles or anything.

Pros

This software is easy to use and lack of difficulty in the performance of the program. This software has all qualities and customers support responds quickly.

Cons

The software doesn’t show the name of the person from whom the fax is. It would be better if this feature was available in the software.

Pros

Azalea rarely experiences downtime and when it does its usually due to Google not Azalea itself.

Cons

The best thing about Azalea is its constant updates to keep up with changes in medicine. However more customization options for individual users would be beneficial.

Finally! An EHR customized for any size practice!

Pros

The simplicity of Azalea compared to other EHRs Ive used is great. The customer service has a small town charm but the programmers expertise is top-notch.

Cons

Itd be great to have less downtime caused by internet issues like server problems or remote trouble.

Pros

Azaleas ease of use is unmatched as a Practice Administrator. Their support team and learning resources are excellent. We also use Azaleas billing team and our aging process has significantly improved.

Cons

Since they prioritize upgrades based on request volume your upgrade may not happen quickly.

This software is easy to use and it requires no or little knowledge of computer training. This software is flexible to many facts and able to figure by user design.

I love Azalea!

Pros

The system is remarkably user-friendly and almost intuitive. Azalea Healths EMR has greatly simplified my work life.

Cons

Its hard to find anything to complain about with the product and service team. The only issue is the difficulty in reviewing charts without accidentally starting new ones or importing old data.

Very intuitive Electronic Health Record; super customer service

Pros

Easy navigation and excellent customer service are highlights. They respond promptly to issues and consistently enhance the product.

Cons

I cant think of any negatives. If I cant finish I may have to make up some.
