Cannot think of any single good thing this software has to offer. It is an awful choice for any specialty practice with a considerable daily business.
Cons
Truly horrible. Azalea Health is not ready to be put on the market. Almost juvenile in their professional ethics. The system is down every so often, during peak clinic hours with no backup, leaving us stranded. It’s almost funny how it goes on to make your work impossible by denying you access to your own files when faced with heavy workload, on a busy day. It is the worst choice you could make for your practice and I would recommend you steer clear.

“Perfect for small practice
Pros
There is not about Azalea Health EHR that I do not absolutely love. They have picked the best vendors and companies to partner with and they bring so much ease into our practice.
Cons
There is no flaw in the software itself but the e-fax and the company that is responsible for verification and reminders for appointments could do better.

While I appreciate Azaleas ease and functionalities its e-fax system particularly s-fax can be challenging for a large practice.
Cons
I am not too thrilled about using their current e-fax system; the s-fax is not the best for a large practice.

Pros
It is a great EHR, it is easy to use and user-friendly. Anyone can quickly learn how to use it, navigation is easy, and the menus are intuitive. You can easily customize it according to your requirements.
Cons
It would be better if the images could be accessible from the main program. Just to look at it we have to run a separate system for it, which is quite annoying.

A simple and functional EHR system with all the tools you need to run your practice smoothly. It allows you to customize menus and templates according to the requirements of your practice. Once set up, they introduce utmost ease and convenience to your day-to-day tasks. Azalea customer service is readily available, patient and knowledgeable. They almost always find a way to see your issues to finality, the very same day.
Cons
The only possible downside I see to AH software is that its productivity relies on a fast internet connection but that is mainly because it is a cloud-based service.

Azalea Health has quite a few helpful features to offer. It enables you to view multiple offices schedules thus making it simpler for you to schedule appointments without any confusions or overlapping. This is especially convenient for patients because then they won’t have to confirm appointments by calling different offices under the same practice.
Cons
It is bit of a nuisance how the software requires you to have authorization to accept payments. Being a staff member, it is inconvenient and time consuming to have a specific administrative body to take payments.

“Sloppy and ineffective

The company staff is courteous and helpful. Although they are relatively a small company so availability can be an issue. The facility oh having an EMR and EHR in one system is a plus.
Cons
MIPS is practically impossible to do with the reports accessible on the system. if only there was better adaptability in terms of what data you need when running reports. A few reports arent entirely comprehensive. Numerous estimates arent accessible through Azalea so there’s only limited things you can do with it. We figured out how to get past MIPS by going through a third-party organization and entering a great part of the data one patient at a time. Billing system is awful and full of errors resulting in countless unsatisfied and angry patients. Payments are often sent without fully processing insurance. Sometimes medicAid patients would be sent bills. The whole system is predominated by sloppiness.

“Brilliant scheduling module
Pros
It took us more than 5 years to finally decide to switch to a different EHR system and I couldn’t be more grateful that we chose Azalea Health system. We were deeply set in our ways for over fifteen years with one system and because of old age, we were skeptical about having to transition into and learn a whole new system. Azalea, surprisingly, made that transition extremely smooth for our staff. The system is easy to learn and get used to. The company staff has been a huge help throughout the process. They almost always have an answer for your questions and provide prompt solution to any issues we faced.
Cons
None. We have not any major issue that wasn’t readily resolved. I would highly recommend this software to all small and independent specialty practices.

Pros
We have been using azalea for almost a year now and there is so much this platform has to offer. We have seen a significant improvement in our practice productivity, quality of care and on top of that, our revenues have gone up. The company staff is very friendly and helpful. from the sales representatives to the tech support people, they are always eager to help you make the best of things. The practice management and billing modules have greatly improved. there is plenty of options for customization. We are still getting to discover and use more features and so far, we could not have been more satisfied for having chosen Azalea Health.
Cons
I have yet to have a bad encounter with the system and the company staff. I might look to have extended some of our training on the uses of reports but that’s a hard call as we needed data in the system to see the value. The customer support is accessible and great at eliminating any confusions regarding the systems use.

The customer service of Azalea Health is Excellent! The system itself is very user-friendly and easy to use. Training staff is easy as well. The functionalities of this system are quite simple to get. The ticket option is really nice, and you always get a prompt response, and there isn’t a need to call, although calling has never been an issue for me and the team is very friendly and supportive even on call.
Cons
There needs to be a way to stop the duplication of documents, when 2 users at the same time copy or edit it keeps duplicating that many documents. There needs to be a way to stop that when one user is using a document the other shouldn’t be allowed to make edits or duplicate it. They need to improve the primary and secondary insurances as well.

I currently work in the administration staff and my tasks are administrative related. By far Azalea Health has been one of the easiest EMRs that I’ve used, and it is extremely user-friendly. The customer support is very helpful and are always willing to help you.
Cons
The superbills are not as intuitive as the rest of the functions or features in Azalea Health EMR.

A great thing about azalea health software is its easy mobile access. the system has great integration within departments and other vendors. practice management seamlessly integrates with the clearinghouse, allowing us to track and operate from the main site.
Cons
The system EMR has very basic default settings and requires you to customize and make changes so it fits better to your practice. billing system is not the most intuitive, posting payments can be bit of a hassle. i wish they make improvements on that in the upcoming versions.
