Cons
Its inconvenient to have to close out of a form to access the calendar. It would be much more helpful if forms could remain open while using the calendar.

The clinical side is easy to use. Therapists like the new system.
Cons
The billing side of things is chaotic. Rize features dont function properly and switching between Rize and Silverlight is frustrating especially considering that Silverlight is easier to use for billing. Whoever thought more clicks per claim was a good idea clearly doesnt do much billing.
