I really like where things are placed in the system.
Cons
Ive encountered numerous issues with functionality including frequent deletion of documents data and new patient profiles. The system operates very slowly most of the time and I wish I could open more documents simultaneously.

Pros
I havent had many positive experiences. Frustration outweighs the good.
Cons
There are too many steps involved in writing orders and I find it frustrating that there are no popup alerts for allergies or orders. I also cant schedule treatments on EMAR or anywhere else theyre needed. Overall the system is sluggish when switching screens and I often experience delays in medication administration when Azzly goes down. Ive had to call support multiple times after updates.

Pros
I like that we can email Azzly directly and get a response quickly.
Cons
The system is incredibly slow which significantly decreases our teams efficiency. We frequently experience waiting times while trying to complete simple tasks. Restarting the software is often necessary to resolve issues. Slow response times for fixing problems further compound the issue and morale has taken a hit due to the softwares limitations.

The system tends to freeze during notetaking and its slow when moving between screens and retrieving client information. Additionally client information is spread out and not easily accessible.

I switched from KIPU to Azzly Rise and its much better. Had some initial issues but I worked through them. Azzly over KIPU any day.
Cons
Currently I dont have any complaints. The system is absolutely wonderful.
