I like that notes can alert other users.

Some functions take a bit too long to load and if you forget to save all your work is lost.

I like the IMR function which lets you use text from past notes. It saves time and makes writing notes easier.

I find it frustrating that the calendar doesnt directly connect to notes. It would be great if the checkin function automatically generated a treatment note.

The program is pretty fast overall with not much delay.

Its not very userfriendly and takes a lot of time to switch between pages and screens. Also I cant open more than one tab simultaneously.

Adding filling out and moving through each form for patient charts is simple. The esigning and note bubbles are helpful. The demographics tab makes it easy to review sensitive information. Its well organized and will probably improve. Thanks AZZLY.

The navigation speed is sluggish on both Surface and iPad.

Once the option to upload documents was available it became the most userfriendly feature of the program.

The constant changes since July 2018 have been overwhelming. Just when we get used to one setup everything changes again leading to wasted time and frustration. The systems slowness only adds to the frustration and overall its not very userfriendly.

The software lacks userfriendliness particularly when scanning large files. It involves too many steps and is timeconsuming and the interface is hard to see.

Occasionally I encounter issues with the program. For example when adding a patient to a group after others have signed in they appear present but cant add a note. It takes some effort to resolve.

What I like most is that I can review my work by selecting the user and date range. I can also check my work to see what needs attention. I can send alerts to all staff or certain staff. It only took me a few days to understand the system, its very user friendly.

The only thing that bothers me is that I always have to remember to select the date range (last 30 days) when searching for records.

They improved medication management quickly in response to feedback.

The system can be inconsistent at times and occasionally it loses a noteform. However I believe the new RIZE system will likely fix that.

Sometimes entering recurring appointments in the calendar function doesnt work correctly. It has been known to import clients into the encounter who arent part of the recurring appointment.

It does everything scheduling finances clinical work and medical charts.

For some reason when a client pays for services even though we enter the therapists name we cant pull a report showing what each therapist was paid. We have to manually calculate it which is inconvenient.

It tracks authorizations has builtin staff communication and lets you send secure emails and faxes directly from AZZLY.

Theres no sorting option for payments received for each therapistdoctor. Additionally theres no box for patient name in the SEOB tab when entering insurance payments.

The flexibility and thorough work put into the EHR are impressive.
