Theres a lot to mention. It meets our needs customer service is responsive keeps us informed about industry changes userfriendly once youre used to it easy to learn has multiple features and listens to customer feedback for improvements.

Perhaps some tweaks are needed in the current process flow and it would be helpful to link a few forms.

Its easy to use customizable has good reporting capabilities and the Azzly team provides excellent customer support.

In my three decades of experience in Mental Health I find Azzly to be one of the best systems Ive used if not the best. While there were minor glitches initially and a learning curve Azzly worked with us to address them all. I cant think of any drawbacks.

Azzly Rize has been flexible for our small nonprofit allowing us to transition from paper to electronic forms easily. Its webbased so theres no need to install software and we can access it from anywhere with internet.

Azzly currently lacks the ability to autofill entered data into fields which would be convenient. However this wasnt a feature we were giving up when we chose Azzly Rize for our Electronic Health Records.

From starting point to the end, The tech team has been a great support in learning and training. They have given a brief walk through of the software which made the implementation process really easy. I switched to this software and it has helped with our workload.

It is a very versatile and functional software with online security. Azzly did a wonderful job in catering to our specific needs and giving solutions to our problems in no time which proves that we are important to them as a customer.

Its tracking abilities are flawless. You can track information of any patient in terms of medications, history, or past appointments. Its Navigation is quite fast and the user interface is easy to use. Very impressive.
