Their customer service is superb. Whenever you contact them, they instantly respond. They always help me through whatever issue I might be facing.

Pros
My experience with BillingDocs has been great. It took me a while to get used to it, but overall, it is amazing. I would recommend BillingDocs to everyone.
Cons
I’ve never really used any billing services before, so it was hard for me to get used to it in the beginning.

Pros
It is easy for us to manage all our billing tasks with BillingDocs. We initially opted for their Accounts receivable services but now have shifted to their coherent medical billing services which is a complete package.
