The program offers detailed billing and financial reports that are crucial to billing companies. It is userfriendly with a short learning curve. This is particularly useful for our clients who also use the system. The support is reliable and representatives answer the phone promptly. The company also takes suggestions for new reports and features into consideration.
Cons
The font size on the screen is too small and the software could use a more updated look and feel. There is limited capability for exporting digital data. Although there are dozens of preset reports that cover most of what you need it would be nice to have custom reports with filters.

CGM DAQbilling has three main strengths. First it offers a competitive price without compromising quality. Second its userfriendly interface allows for easy claim submissions and management of schedules. Finally the customer support team is accessible responsive and helpful when needed.
Cons
The practice management system is not easy to use or intuitive. It is challenging to generate reports that provide the exact information needed. Additionally ERA's do not integrate seamlessly into the system requiring manual data entry and EOB scanning. It appears that CGM DAQbilling is primarily designed for the medical field and may not focus as much on mental health.
