“Has a great experience using CharmHealth
Pros
I really like how available the support staff is. I've used the online chat a bunch of times and usually, I get my question answered in just a few minutes. Even for more complex stuff, they always respond within a day or two. Thanks for that! I also love how easy it is to update and personalize my Charm account for things like online scheduling and setting up different appointment types.
Cons
I have had some challenges with the e-prescribe feature, especially when trying to prescribe compounded formulas.

“Everything about this software is fantastic!
Pros
The day I got my EPCS set up and could start e-prescribing controlled substances was amazing! The support team has been awesome too as they always respond quickly whenever I have an issue.
Cons
I have no criticisms to offer and have recommended it to many colleagues.

Pros
I like that the price is fair and that I can tailor the system to my needs without paying for unnecessary features.
Cons
The directions are really bad but the support team is friendly, even though they don't always solve the issue.

“A budget-friendly choice
Pros
Well as per me this is the most affordable option available and it provides plenty of room for growth. Also it is perfect for new practices that don't need advanced features, although those are available if you are willing to pay extra for them.
Cons
My main issue lies with the online booking system. Theres no option to customize menus or provide links for specific services resulting in patients being presented with an alphabetical list of all available services. Changing the order requires creative naming. Additionally the integrated payment processing is limited to one option which was unsuitable for me especially considering the slow response time from the company taking six months to open an account.

Pros
Charms best aspect for us was having all patient data in one easily accessible and well-organized location. Its ease of use was crucial in our decision to use it and the setup was straightforward. The system is highly customizable and the support is excellent providing almost all the features we need.
Cons
There is no functionality to refill orders for patients, so we must create new encounters each time which is hectic.

“A poor choice for medical practitioners
Pros
Unfortunately nothing good can outweigh the bad. This program is the worst.
Cons
This EHR system is the worst Ive ever used. Its cumbersome, time-wasting and lacks basic functionalities like alphabetizing drop-down lists. Also the database for ICD10 codes is unusable leading to frequent data loss. Customer service is simply the worst as they don't address issues or provide solutions and contacting them incurs additional charges. Incorrect diagnosis codes also pose legal risks. Overall its a terrible experience.

Pros
Charm is very user-friendly autofilling most fields and making pharmacy searches and entering patient demographics easy.
Cons
Setting it up was challenging I had to verify my credentials using a credit agency report and encountered glitches with the software requiring slow tech support assistance resulting in about a month to get it running smoothly.

As a small business owner and medical provider I was able to set up and use Charm independently. I love the ease of creating my own charting documentation forms questionnaires and consents. The availability of pre-uploaded documents and forms that I can adapt to my needs is also a plus.

Charm is highly customizable and worth the steep learning curve. I use it for billing scheduling communication and more and the support team is constantly improving the product.
Cons

Its much easier to navigate and more comprehensive than its competitors. The customer service is superb responding within minutes via online chat. It seamlessly links with Fullscript and Wellevate making it excellent for Naturopathic Integrative and acupuncture practices.
