Pros

Im grateful for the support staffs availability. The online chat is very responsive and even with complex questions I receive a response within a day or two. Additionally I appreciate how easy it is to personalize my Charm account for online scheduling and appointment types.

Cons

Working with compounding pharmacies I found it extremely challenging to write prescriptions through Charms e-prescribing feature. Standard pharmacies struggle with the electronic signature placement leading to verification calls after sending prescriptions. Consequently Ive reverted to calling in prescriptions or using paper pads. While I appreciate the template customization options I would like the ability to publish treatment plans before completing the entire chart as well as more vertical space for chart notes. Perhaps condensing patient info could free up space for expanded charting areas.

Using this software on the patient side feels so effortless. My patients adore it. Switching over from another platform Ive only received positive responses. Managing the portal payments and scheduling is a breeze.

Cons

The charting doesnt flow smoothly for me. I find it cumbersome to import lab results organize notes and adjust formatting.

CharmHealth has been an incredible discovery for our practice. Setting it up took almost no time and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly our providers adapted to it.

I believe CharmHealth could enhance their scheduling feature. While the software is generally good scheduling needs updating. Its challenging to set block times and web scheduling lacks customization for practices. This presents a significant opportunity for improvement. Also the software leans heavily towards office-based functions which can be inconvenient for telehealth users.

There isnt anything as such that I dont like but it would be really great if they improve the user interface of the software. We will highly appreciate it.
