“Well Organized

Pros

Weve been using Charm EHR for a couple of years now and its our favorite among all the medical management software weve tried. Its well-organized and easy to use for both practitioners and patients.

Cons

Resolving issues with customer service can be challenging for both practitioners and patients. For instance the limit on patient messages often doesnt reset after each visit causing frustration.

Pros

It is better than my previous software and suits well to my practice of personalized healthcare. It is easy to use and easy to customize, the staff really likes it plus saved money.

Cons

It doesnt really provide any marketing options, and it doesnt easily manage multiple doctors or multiple facilities the way I would want it to.

Pros

Initially the ease of use was appealing but with the new user interface Im not so sure. I do like the charting feature and how easy it is to populate fields. The patient communication it provides and tracks is also a plus.

Cons

The new user interface is overwhelming with numerous small icons and excessive information. Its challenging to decipher the purpose of each icon and the drastic departure from the familiar interface adds unnecessary complexity.

I appreciate the ability to customize certain templates. I dont utilize the billing features but its great to have them included.

Cons

Directly entering information on an invoice isnt possible. Everything needs to be entered into inventory beforehand which can be time-consuming. Certain fields like vaccines are unmodifiable leading to additional note-taking and workaround.

It looks good functions well and comes at the right price.

Cons

Each facility having its own calendar complicates scheduling especially for practitioners working in multiple locations. Overlapping calendars would make management easier.

Messaging feels cumbersome and the billing reports lack the level of customization desired.

Pros

Its user-friendly offers a variety of options at a reasonable price. I can fax and send text reminders directly from the software. While scheduling is decent the patient portal is a standout feature.

Cons

The fax expenses for 200 pages are a bit steep. Finding assistance or tutorials can be challenging. It takes time to navigate the settings page but once youre familiar with it its straightforward. Currently the text reminder feature lacks the option for patients to confirm appointments.

Pros

Ive used Charm for my Integrative practice for over 4 years. Theyve been attentive to customer needs offering flexibility and extensive options for supplementation and dietary recommendations. Considering whats included the pricing based on volume is very reasonable.

Cons

There are some challenges with customer service as they undergo growth. Sometimes issues remain unresolved until escalated to a senior representative.
