“Switched from Practice Fusion and Love it so far”
Pros
CharmHealth runs fast, has zero to no downtime, and charges per encounter which is ideal for a practice like ours with many part-time medical providers.
Cons
I’m more than happy with the system so far. The only con I can see is the system may not help with MIPS much, at least in its present state.

“Not worth it at all”
Pros
CH is cost-effective. The features offered sound very promising but their implementation leaves much to be desired. The kiosk concept seems very great but the app is rather clumsily built.
Cons
They have outsourced customer support which means they are rarely ever readily available. The hub that fixes tech issues is all the way in India so you can imagine the time it would take for even a minor issue to be resolved. Staff is inexperienced, has no clue what they are talking about. We face glitches with the system too frequently to be able to do without responsive customer support. One day, all of our patients disappeared for the day, yesterday, we could not get into and view the schedule. the next day, there is an entirely new problem waiting for you to deal with. We cannot reach the manager or anyone of higher authority to voice our issues which only adds to the frustration.

“CHARM EHR makes billing easy”
Pros
Charm templates are comprehensive and allow for efficient capture of patient and insurance information. Creating visits and moving them to invoices is a time saver. The messaging service keeps me in touch with my provider securely.
Cons
Charm lacks a batch statement feature making collections tasks time-consuming. ERAs must be manually created by a third party and uploaded.

“comprehensive software”
Pros
The charmHealth EHR is very neatly designed and offers some great features. Minimum workaround. Both user and client ends are very comprehensive.
Cons
The learning curve is rather steep. Takes you a while to learn the system and its working but once you are past that, it saves you a lot of time.

“Great service. However, not the most easily understandable ”
Pros
CharmHealth has all the fundamental tools for pretty much any primary care practice. The software is very functional and customizable. There is a huge template library to browse just as the capacity to make your own. despite the fact that with the number of templates accessible, there doesn’t appear any need for that. I like the appointment calendar. it comes with an app which proves to be a very convenient instrument. I have it on my phone so I can check appointments for that day or any given day.
Cons
It takes you some time to learn how to customize some features and learn some actions. But once you overcome that learning curve, everything works quite smoothly. The software is affordable for small practices, but for large ones, there are additional charges which can be expensive.

“Great for a small practice”
Pros
Its easy to use with developers constantly adding features like the integrated fax which we particularly like. Managing new patients and uploading files is seamless making patient management a breeze.
Cons
There isnt much I dislike though I wasnt a fan of the new UI. However users can revert back to the old UI. The newer UI offers a useful texting feature for internal practice communication.

“Functional, integrated, slightly time-consuming”
Pros
I find many features here on par with other programs available like syncing with major laboratories. Being cloud-based and compatible with integrated MD/DC/PT offices offers versatility. The ability to customize exam forms and notes is impressive.
Cons
Being billed per patient encounter can be problematic especially with a lot of low-fee visits like ancillary services. Estimating monthly costs becomes challenging and navigating through tabs takes up time. Some programs integrate everything better into one screen.

Pros
Having integrated labs scheduling chart notes and billing all in one place is incredibly helpful and convenient. HIPAA-compliant messaging and features like viewing my schedule and treatment requests on my iPhone add to its appeal.

“Best Small-Mid Size Practice EMR”
Pros
Its an excellent all-around solution! Very user-friendly with features comparable to those of larger EMR companies and more. Creating templates and quick phrases is easy and it integrates seamlessly with e-prescribing labs and imaging centers. Its nearly perfect!
Cons
The ICD 10 settings in the assessment section are too rigid making it difficult to find diagnoses quickly without typing the exact first word.
