It has made it easier for me to chart documents in real-time. Especially the feature where I can easily close the chart, post it and transfer that to another doctor as a referral. I have used ChartLogic EMR for other different specialties and have found it to be equally effective. Its user-friendly and easy to navigate.
Cons
I would really like for them to introduce a sort of “history” option where I could see what patient or chart I was working on before.

Chartlogic offers the largest data storage size included in a plan. Most EHRs offer the option to expand the storage but you have to pay extra for it. While some companies offer a very limited storage plan.
Cons
Support staff isn’t the most well-equipped to deal with all the issues promptly. Customer service can be spotty at times. You have to create a ticket and wait for hours even for a very small issue. There are some issues with the billing module that need improvement.

The product is easy to use, and the fact that I am able to use templates, smart marks, and smart fields easily is kind of amazing. Due to the ease of templates with all the verbiages one needs, a lot of time is saved in charting. Its easy and less time taking to just drop it in the note.
Cons
The e-prescribing part of the product is not very user-friendly, and it requires a lot of steps in this process. E-prescribing can be a hassle most of the times.

In the beginning, the company people were a great help with setting up the system. They came to our site for training for three days. We do not have to go through the hassle of taking in-house backups because of the cloud storage that comes with it, so that’s a plus.
Cons
I do not understand how ChartLogic has all these glowing reviews when in my personal experience, the software offered nothing but constant trouble. From failed rollouts, to awful customer service since the very beginning. The system cost us enough that we cannot even switch to another and go through the whole process all over again. We are now stuck with a bad choice, but I would suggest others to do thorough research before they commit to an EHR software.

Pros
Charting is a breeze with CL, it takes very little time which is perfect when you’re on a time crunch. The software is extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate. Our practice is more streamlined and organized ever since we started using ChartLogic.
Cons
The system can be a little slow sometimes as loading pages takes a while which is a nuisance when you’re in a hurry or have patients waiting.

Recently we made a decision of switching our EHR system for our office and this decision has proven to be great. It has many features that are according to our requirements. We have 2 doctors working and navigating between them is very smooth and easy. The software has made billing claim, organizing patient information, patient scheduling, and much more a lot easier.

The software has been significantly helpful in managing our revenue cycle and processing claims. The system is very easy to operate. The layout is simple and functional. It is quite user-friendly for a complex system. Whenever we’ve had any issues or questions, the support staff has always been very helpful, they are patient and super nice.
Cons
The learning curve for the software was a little challenging. It took me some time to familiarize myself with all the buttons and menus. The windows take long to load. Everything else works seamlessly.

The interface is quite neat and easy to learn to navigate. The feature of automated check-ins is very helpful if you are the kind of practice with travel schedules set in advance.
Cons
The Chart Logic company makes a lot of promises regarding the functionalities but when it comes to implementation, the software is a huge disappointment. The only practice I feel it would be suitable for is a remote one with no communication required with other vendors or multiple accounts. Since it cannot handle doctors schedule or travel logs or any complex task you might need it to perform. The company’s implementation staff has no clue what they are doing or simply do not care for it. They were unable to import/export the SQL data correctly when we started using this system. That should have been our cue but now we are stuck with this ineffective service.

The emr system is among the bests I have ever used. It is efficient and very user-friendly. The template choices are great and very convenient for me to set up according to my requirements. Navigating through the system is very simple.

I really cannot think of any redeeming qualities this software possesses. The system is nothing like the company promises, it is outdated, nothing works right. There are always some issues, within the system or with the server. Lacks so many basic functionalities. It is so far behind compared to the advanced EHRs on the market today. Chart Logic Practice Management is a joke. Absolutely terrible service.

There is not a single thing that works the way it is supposed to. Truly awful Practice Management module. Their customer service may as well not exist at all. You put in a ticket and wait for them to follow up with you, sometimes you get a callback, more often than not, you don’t. And even when they do call back, they don’t have any real help to offer. The system is no cloud-based. In this day and age? The system is rigid and does not allow customizability. I don’t understand why people willingly use it when there are so many better alternatives available.

I like how easy to navigate Chart Logic is regardless of who is using it, it is equally comprehensive for providers, clinic staff and the patients. Their customer service staff is very kind. I’m glad they kept the support service within the U.S instead of outsourcing. Functionalities are dynamic and robust.
Cons
The system could use a Practice Management feature built into it because third-party software do not always integrate well. there are communication troubles which put you behind in terms of efficiency and accuracy.

I have been using Chart logic for quite some now and it is still not exactly easy to work with. I know my way around the features and shortcuts but if you are new to this software, or starting with EMR, good luck trying to figure out anything on this system. There is too much going on and if you haven’t gotten proper training and implementation crew’s help, you will be lost. But once you get through all that, the system is robust and gets the job done.
Cons
Like I said before, too complicated. An unnecessarily complex arrangement of things. You have to know exactly what you want and where to look for it to get the results. There is a lot of cluttering. Too many features crammed in on one screen. Not at all intuitive. It takes you a significant amount of time to adjust to things.

The most important and best quality for any EMR is its ease of usability. Chart Logic has a simple and organized layout. Their customer service is top-notch. Whenever and whatever you need help with, they provide. The customizability adds to the convenience. You can set up your page to look like whatever you want, according to your requirements. This makes it all the easier to locate and access things and features you use frequently.
Cons
I do not think I have encountered any major issues with Chart Logic. Although, I do feel that the new scheduling system is relatively harder to use so I still use the older version for my utility. That one is more efficient and gets work done faster. That may also be because I am accustomed to this one.

I find the system very easy to operate since it is an important criterion for everyday use. However, there is a learning curve, it takes some time to learn your way around all the features to make the best of it. The customizability is one of my favorite things about ChartLogic, it allows me to organize the pages according to my preference and arrange the features I need frequently on the front so it does not require too many clicks for me to check them.
Cons
There are a few things that won’t shift to the EHR from the PM part of the system. For instance, listing doctor reference to the notes in the PM do not cross over and update into the EHR. It is slightly inconvenient. Especially because the doctor’s notes are deleted or changed by accident when it happens.

My experience with Chartlogic has been very great. They have an amazing customer support department. The platform is intuitive and user-friendly. Working on it is hassle-free. There’s a long list of pre-built templates that make notes and charting very convenient without the workarounds. The support staff almost always helps us resolve any issues promptly.
Cons
There is a lot of choices for templates but they arent well-though-out. I would have preferred if there were fewer more compact templates, internal office email communication and why not labeling straight from the scanned image instead of all the extra steps from scanning, uploading, etc. The workflow is not streamlined. This system isnt the best when it comes to fulfilling the steps of Meaningful Use, PRQS, and MIPS regulations.

The system is very organized, it maintains all the patients health records in appropriate sections. Templates creation is really easy, and documents gets easily attached to the patients charts.
Cons
Sometimes the system slows down the page loading, which makes the charting a bit inefficient. I prefer the previous version as it was better and according to my needs, and I kinda got used to it as well.
