Cons

My experience with customer service has been disappointing. Additionally, technical support has not been able to address the technical issues I faced, particularly with invoice processing. Despite promises of callbacks with solutions, they never followed through.

Pros

I can chart my notes in an effective manner which in return helps me with my insurance claims since all the information is documented accurately. Customer support is capable and pleasant; however, they need to extend their timings a bit. Charts are customizable as well as the view mode is efficient. Impressive work.

Cons

I would like ChartLogic to work on their dictation software. It should at least be able to comprehend a standard accent.

A great EHR software
Pros

Our experience with chartlogic EHR has been outstanding. It is a thoroughly well-designed product. The platform has well-organized patient health records divided into categories such as notes, labs, encounters, medical/family history, medication, and so forth which makes it very easy to locate any piece of information. I love the ability to create my own templates with no difficulty, input handouts, and attach files to patients’ charts easily. The company staff has been a great help throughout. They are always making suggestions for the most proficient ways to improve the system’s working. They genuinely listen and incorporate our recommendations.

Cons

Chartlogic is great software but the previous version was so much more efficient and because we used it for so long, we had built a certain level of comfort level with its functionalities. The new version, with the existing issues for our in-house servers not being resolved in a timely manner, has been troublesome. But then, I have used a few other EHR systems in different clinics and I still prefer chartlogic over them.

Reliable EMR
Pros

ChartLogic EMR has given me the flexibility to create my own templates, be it progress notes, or scanned copies of documents. I mainly like its dictation feature the most since I’m not a fan of typing much so this comes in handy very much. However, I would like them to upgrade and improve the speech recognition mechanism a bit. Customer service is reliable and capable 24/7.

Cons

I would hope for the system to progress a bit in terms of technology and offer a mobile feature as other vendors do in the market. Some up-gradation in the patient portal is required.

Pros

The system is pretty easy to use. The reports are excellent and reliable. The practice management tool is highly efficient, and customer service and support are excellent.

Cons

As with every other healthcare software out there in the market, it has some flaws but with ChartLogic EHR Software, the minor flaws are nonexistent.

Pros

ChartLogic EHR software makes it easier to organize charts into folders. The templates are completely customizable as well. The voice recognition feature is amazing and effective as well. Very impressive.

Cons

There have been a few problems with the patient portal. I hope they fix it soon.

Smooth run with the EMR
Pros

I like the product for how efficiently it runs with our office setup. ChartLogic has given our providers their weekends back as they no longer have to take their work home with them because of ease of charting. The system is advanced and the upgrades are done timely. Very impressive.

Cons

The internal messaging system is not their strong suit I must say. Sometimes there is a lag and some issues which are fixed after a software update takes place.

Cons

Support for surgery centers is very lackluster. List of prior surgeries is confusing and difficult to interpret.

Extremely Disappointing Experience
Pros

Our long-term usage of this service has been incredibly disappointing. The customer service provided by this company has been nothing short of terrible, with their inability to fulfill any promises they make. Their lack of flexibility and consideration for our needs is inexcusable. Whenever we encounter issues and attempt to seek help from their engineers, the assistance we receive is minimal and often inadequate. To add to our frustration, the system consistently crashes, leading to important notes and files being lost or sent to the wrong destinations, putting our practice at risk of violating HIPAA regulations.

Cons

This software consistently fails to stay up to date, resulting in a frustrating experience for our team. Interacting with their customer service is an unsettling and unprofessional experience, as they often respond with a "snide" attitude and provide no tangible solutions.

Very user-friendly. It is really easy to train staff on the use of this EHR and the customer service is also amazing. Always available when I need help in any matter.

Cons

I just wish patients could easily make appointments themselves. The mobile version would also be really helpful as a way to securely communicate with patients.

Decent EMR but Beware of Billing Issues
Pros

The EMR provided by this company is passable, and it does integrate well with labs and radiology services. However, I must caution others about their RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) service, which turned out to be a complete disappointment.

Cons

The deployment of this software was a nightmare, resulting in a plethora of inaccurate entries that wreaked havoc on our billing process. The incompetence of their billing team exacerbated the situation, as they failed to deliver what was initially promised. Most concerning was their complete negligence in pursuing denied claims, leading to a loss of $53,000 for our practice over an 18-month period due to untimely filing denials and a lack of attention to claim denials. While they did admit fault for many of the problems and even promised to reimburse us for the lost revenue, they eventually ceased all communication, leaving us feeling utterly frustrated and helpless. I strongly advise against investing your money in this unreliable service.

Great Platform
Pros

This platform is great for doctors, patients, insurance doctors, and everyone. I basically check electronic health records and existing prescription information to determine whether a customer qualifies for procedure coverage or not and if the procedure is safe given the current prescription medication that the customer is using. The doctors share the information through this platform which helps me double-check every health-related patient information to approve procedure payments.

Cons

There are times when I must wait longer than usual just because some features and information take a while to update on the server.

Intuitive software
Pros

The system was made rather easy for us to navigate and understand; thanks to the brilliant implementation team at ChartLogic. I am mainly impressed with their support, be it implementation or customer support. Whenever we run into issues with the system, their capable customer support has always helped us out. Customization was done for us and then taught us so we can do it ourselves too. The training process was thorough and informative.

Cons

Even though I cannot praise enough as to how capable their customer support it, but sometimes they take more time than they should get back to us.

Pros

The system is easy to navigate and the ease of use made it possible for us to understand the ins and outs of the system quickly. Charting is super easy and not to mention completely customizable. ChartLogic EMR covers all the aspects as well as the needs of our practice. Starting from patient portal to schedule, charting and then prescriptions. Claims have now become easier for us to file. Customer support is capable and pleasant.

Pros

The overall system is quite easy to understand even by someone who doesn’t have an IT background. I am able to customize the notes and templates for my specialty and ease. The implementation team at ChartLogic has taught us well and their tremendous customer support has always assisted us with many challenges we face.

Cons

Some updates are rather inconvenient when they should be doing the opposite. I am a little apprehensive about the new updates since it disturbed my schedule a bit and has made it difficult for it to navigate.

Pros

After doing our research we found ChartLogic EMR to be the best suitable for the needs of our office. We use their EMR side of the system and can safely say that it gels well with alien software.  The system is easy to maneuver and workflow is smooth and effective. We switched to ChartLogic from a server-based system and can say that the transition has been splendid.

Cons

It is accredited with all the government regulations, however, sometimes the updates take longer than it should.

Pros

It has made it easier for me to chart documents in real-time. Especially the feature where I can easily close the chart, post it and transfer that to another doctor as a referral. I have used ChartLogic EMR for other different specialties and have found it to be equally effective. Its user-friendly and easy to navigate.

Cons

I would really like for them to introduce a sort of “history” option where I could see what patient or chart I was working on before.

Chartlogic offers the largest data storage size included in a plan. Most EHRs offer the option to expand the storage but you have to pay extra for it. While some companies offer a very limited storage plan.

Cons

Support staff isn’t the most well-equipped to deal with all the issues promptly. Customer service can be spotty at times. You have to create a ticket and wait for hours even for a very small issue. There are some issues with the billing module that need improvement.

Pros

The product is easy to use, and the fact that I am able to use templates, smart marks, and smart fields easily is kind of amazing. Due to the ease of templates with all the verbiages one needs, a lot of time is saved in charting. Its easy and less time taking to just drop it in the note.

Cons

The e-prescribing part of the product is not very user-friendly, and it requires a lot of steps in this process. E-prescribing can be a hassle most of the times.

Pros

In the beginning, the company people were a great help with setting up the system. They came to our site for training for three days. We do not have to go through the hassle of taking in-house backups because of the cloud storage that comes with it, so that’s a plus.

Cons

I do not understand how ChartLogic has all these glowing reviews when in my personal experience, the software offered nothing but constant trouble. From failed rollouts, to awful customer service since the very beginning. The system cost us enough that we cannot even switch to another and go through the whole process all over again. We are now stuck with a bad choice, but I would suggest others to do thorough research before they commit to an EHR software.

Charting is a breeze with CL, it takes very little time which is perfect when you’re on a time crunch. The software is extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate. Our practice is more streamlined and organized ever since we started using ChartLogic.

Cons

The system can be a little slow sometimes as loading pages takes a while which is a nuisance when you’re in a hurry or have patients waiting.

Pros

Recently we made a decision of switching our EHR system for our office and this decision has proven to be great. It has many features that are according to our requirements. We have 2 doctors working and navigating between them is very smooth and easy. The software has made billing claim, organizing patient information, patient scheduling, and much more a lot easier.

Cons

Navigating between screens sometimes becomes a little hard, other than that there are no cons to this product.
