Customer support is superb, really appreciate their effort. The EMR itself is simple and easy to use. The setup is great. I like that you can set up your page how you might want it, which makes it simpler to explore according to your preferences.
Cons
The new scheduling update makes it a bit complex to use. I still use the old one as its more efficient.

The system is very easy to learn to navigate. No extensive learning curve or training required. All the features are strategically placed, the site is intuitive and efficient. Once you learn all the ropes, you can reap the full benefits Chart Logic has to offer to make your daily documentation a breeze. Their customer service is very helpful and always willing to understand your problem correctly.
Cons
It does take a while to get used to what is where and does what. All the needed buttons to produce the desired result quickly, learning your way around the templates takes some time but it is all worth it in the long run.

Pros
I love how easy navigating around this system is. There are a number of features specific to my practice. This helps a lot in effective charting and efficiently accomplishing day-to-day documentation and tasks.
Cons
A few functions do not work properly. Images do not cross over. When switching patients, the provider info does not change. The pages take a lot of time to load which can be a little annoying. Everything else works fine. Customer support is great.

Chart Logic software is very easy to use. The system is built on a precise logic rather than randomly placed features, which makes it simpler to learn. Everything works efficiently, quick results. Not too many steps required to get a task done. Saves you a lot of time and effort. So far so good
Cons
As we started using it for investigative purposes for the new electronic medical records systems, it will require us to make a lot of customizations according to our specialty. So, I suppose it might be difficult to determine how the reporting will work along once we have made those changes.

It has been 10 years, that weve been using ChartLogic. We love the tech support, theyre excellent and always available for help. The ChatNow feature is amazing as we can get help and answers immediately. The document manager in the system is a nice tool. It is great that documents can easily be scanned into a patients chart and is sent to the physician to be viewed from outside the office.
Cons
The issues that weve had is of the system freezing, this could possibly be our internet system doing it. The interface between AdvancedMD and ChartLogic at times gets slow. We still are waiting for the Patient Portal online registration to be added to the system.

The appointment notes are very helpful. They are easily customized to your own liking. You can create as many templates as you want, there is no limit to how many templates, notes, and patterns you can add which is great. The notes in Chart Logic are streamlined. There is an organized database for all encounters the way they should be, in the form of traditional history or physical or SOAP note. I love that feature.
Cons
The messaging aspect is a little weird. It does not work simply with a reply like a normal two-way conversation, instead, you have to forward the message and individually select the sender from a list to be able to send a response. It requires too many unnecessary clicks and is very tedious.

The encounter notes work very well, theyre organized as a traditional history and physical or SOAP notes, which is great because it is the way medical records should be. They are easily customizable. The ChartLogic notes flow well, and they also have an infinite capacity to create templates for inserts and notes.
Cons
The messaging in the system seems really awkward and it takes an extra amount of effort to timestamp messages, which is very annoying. There is no option to directly reply to a message that youve received, in order to reply you have to forward the message and select the sender from the list.

We have just started on EMR in our practice and Chart Logic is our first system. We were using the traditional paper records so this is instantly a revolutionary upgrade. The transition has been easy and not in any way complicated like we anticipated. The system is fairly easy to navigate and comprehensive. We love the ease it has introduced in our practice as we no longer have to dictate encounters. the implementation staff was great and the customer support also has been very helpful with any questions.
Cons
There are no pre-exiting templates in the system, you have to create your own which takes a little time but the freedom to create a format that fits your needs is also great if you are set up to embed your CPT codes ICD10 codes and test layouts into the software.

Chartlogic is extremely user-friendly. This is easily one of the best EMR software I have used over the years. There are so many choices. The templates offer so many different styles for encounters and note-taking. I am entirely impressed by how efficient their support staff is. They are always readily available and go to lengths to resolve your issues as promptly as possible.

With this product, we have been able to meet the eligibility criteria of meaningful use quite easily, as it is a certified EHR. It is very easy to use. Its development is very logical and the best thing about it is that developing and changing templates are very easy and can be done without any help.
Cons
The EHR has gone through some rough patches in the past years, but since then they have improved a lot and the system is very smooth now. There arent many problems that have been seen since we upgraded it.

We use it in an orthopedic surgery facility and so far, I have been very pleased with its performance. Chartlogic enables me to customize my documentation. There is a good choice for templates and you can customize them or create your own. This makes note taking very convenient. The voice-to-text dictation module is a lifesaver. The integration allows the merging of patient demographic data and the insurance information in the practice management section which helps run a smooth practice.
Cons
The item can be glitchy on occasion. There are only limited options for self-help. I wish they would upload more tutorials to save us some time. The cursor will hop to another area surprisingly, bringing about documentation being placed incorrectly. Often, the system is too slow to process commands or load pages even with fast internet access. Changes expected to the EMR setup for gathering social insurance guidelines set by the government are not conveyed well. CL does not offer an ordinary audit of our record to check whether choices are designed legitimately to meet regulations, such as MU, MIPS or PQRS.
