Pros
Medical billing has become super easy because this software is integrated with billing software. This system runs effortlessly on our servers. Other daily tasks like note-taking and report printing have become less hectic as well.
Cons
Scanning forms is not possible with this software and is a required feature. There is no way through which a form could be directly scanned into the system as well. And to cater to this issue we always have to consult the Quickcharts program which is a bit tiresome.

Pros
I like the additional features the software offers. Everything is integrated together and I do need to pay additional for content updates or e-mail updates. The EHR is completely compatible with their practice management software so it makes it simple to work in both.
Cons
The slightest bugs happen when the screen isnt the proper way. I updated from their unique software which didnt have the issues. There are events when odd things happen or the software gets over stacked and close down and on the off chance that you attempt and open more charts at that point, it allows.

Pros
The team is attentive and really helpful. I was looking for a software in which customer support is great and is user-friendly. Chiro QuickCharts has all those attributes which I was looking for. It is an excellent software with better customer service.
Cons
It is not fully customizable and if all workstations are not running on the same version this can cause problems and the system can become slower.

The EHR offers numerous amazing features and though I do have to pay extra to receive a text or email reminder yet its worth using the software. It is also easy to work as the software is fully compatible with their practice management.
Cons
Its just that when you try to open charts more than it allows, it gets overburdened and then shuts down.

The EHR is compatible with their practice management systems which is great as I work with both. You do not have to pay anything extra for text or email reminders which is great.
Cons
There are some issues if the monitor isnt the correct size which I dont like. Sometimes the system might get overloaded and shut down on its own which is very frustrating.

Pros
The software is quite adaptable, because the way it adapted to our specific needs makes it a really great product. It has the ability to be customized. It also can be personalized according to every doctor needs and hiding the features that aren’t needed by that doctor. The customer support team is very responsive and are great at helping me solve any issues that I face.
Cons
There are a few features that I would like it to have, that it currently doesn’t have. The updates usually come after a long time.

Overall, I can say that it is a good software. There was an issue of it slowing down once, but now that issue has been resolved and since then it is working alright. I don’t have anything to compare it with, so I really don’t know what to say about this product.
Cons
The email address thingy is a bit confusing or the system I’d say is a bit confused itself about it. Kind of have issues with its email address.

The system runs well on our servers. Note taking and printing reports is quite easy. It is great that the software is integrated with the billing software, helps us with billing and all. It is quite a decent product to use.
Cons
Sometimes I do see a few issues with the system, but I work around them till the issues addressed by the programmers. There isn’t a way to scan forms as well. We always have to open the Quickcharts program just for it, and there is no way to directly scan the forms into the practice management software. These are the only things that I am able to think of, nothing else.

The new upgrade is simply amazing. It has so many new and better features that I really like it. The new complete version is so much better than the previous older version of this software and I am glad that we got the complete software upgrade. It is user-friendly and very easy to use.
Cons
There are a few minor glitches that I’ve noticed but it isn’t that big of a deal. The support team is really great and there hasn’t been a problem that they couldn’t solve yet. The support is amazing.

I’ve worked on many other EMR systems and this has to be the easiest of them all. This system is really easy to use, the layout is nice and is extremely user-friendly. It can easily be learnt. For me, it took only a few months. It is easy to customize notes and that also doesn’t take much time.
Cons
There isn’t anything right now to mention, but that is also because it hasn’t been that long while using this product. For me it has been easy to use, with minimal training.
