“helpful training and insurance support”
Pros
The training has been excellent so far and is really helping us get up to speed with the software. It also looks like it's going to make handling insurance much simpler which is a big plus.
Cons
There's definitely a lot to learn and even though I know it's not directly your fault, getting the OpenEdge payment system set up has been extremely frustrating and has taken much longer than it should have.

“Versatile cloud platform”
Pros
Right from the start, ChiroFusion has been very user-friendly and flexible to work with. Being cloud-based makes it convenient and I can use it across multiple platforms and on different devices like desktops, laptops, notebooks and tablets without any trouble. It's also customizable, lets me add comments where needed and runs without demanding too many system resources.
Cons
One thing it's still missing is functional testing and functional treatment features. It also doesn't allow macros and there's no way to add service descriptions.

“user-friendly with helpful training”
Pros
Everything about this system feels very user friendly and simple to use. They also provide training sessions and self-learning videos which makes it easy to get comfortable with it on your own.
Cons
If I could change one thing, it would be making it simpler to integrate my own intake forms. Other than that, I really do not have any complaints at this point.

“helpful setup and support”
Pros
Getting started with this software was very simple and I was up and running quickly. The customer service and training sessions were also really helpful during the onboarding process. Creating a new patient record and note is simple and being able to handle scheduling from one screen makes everything more convenient.
Cons
I really do not have many complaints because any questions or concerns that have come up have been answered quickly by the customer support team.

“fast soap notes and reports”
Pros
Writing SOAP notes in ChiroFusion is really fast and works well for me. I can usually finish a SOAP note in under 30 seconds and the report writer lets me complete a report in about 15 minutes.
Cons
Switching over from another system has been a challenge. The billing side feels a lot more complicated than what I used before and I'm still getting help with the setup. I'm hoping that after a couple more months of using it, I'll become much more comfortable and proficient with the billing system.

“Handy text reminder replies”
Pros
One feature that's been really helpful is that patients can reply directly to their text reminders and let us know whether they'll be coming to the appointment.
Cons
Getting the electronic billing set up for insurance companies feels like quite a bit of work right now although I'm hoping it becomes easier once we've used it more.

“cloud-based and hassle-free”
Pros
Since it's cloud-based, I didn't have to deal with costly hardware or ongoing maintenance headaches. Another thing I appreciated was that when we were shopping for a new system, the owner personally called and took the time to answer my questions.
Cons
I really haven't run into anything I dislike. The only improvement I'd suggest would be making the EMR section a bit more customizable.

“Best value with solid features”
Pros
After comparing several options, this one seemed to offer the most of the features I wanted at the best price. I was really over dealing with overly complicated software so I needed something simple to learn and put into place. Damon was incredibly helpful and patient while answering all of my questions during the comparison process. The training has also been going exactly the way it was promised.
Cons
I am very satisfied. There are a couple of extra features I would have liked to see but no software has absolutely everything you want. Even so, this one comes very close and I am very happy with the choice I made.

“clean interface and helpful support”
Pros
Being able to use our own abbreviations along with voice recognition through the Google app makes documentation much more convenient. The overall layout looks clean and polished and every person I've spoken with on the phone has been courteous, professional and genuinely helpful.
Cons
It does fall short in a few areas compared to other software. One thing that's missing is better flexibility to edit previous notes and I'd also like more control over modifying some of the drop-down menu options.

“Fast exams and claims”
Pros
Getting through exams and SOAP notes is quick and simple which saves a lot of time. Sending both electronic and paper claims is also simple and convenient.
Cons
Handling patient accounts is frustrating. I really dislike having to enter procedures one by one when a third party pays me for multiple dates because it feels like a complete waste of time.

“integrated billing with chiropractic insight”
Pros
Having the clearinghouse built in and included with the subscription is a big plus. It also helps that the software was designed by a chiropractor so it feels like it was made with a real understanding of what other DCs actually need.
Cons
One downside is that the chart note section seems more detailed than the system we used before and that could end up making the documentation process take a little longer.

“Built for chiropractic success”
Pros
It's reassuring that this software was designed specifically for chiropractors. I'm optimistic that it will become a helpful tool for growing my business.
Cons
It hasn't been as simple as I expected. Since I'm not very tech-savvy, learning how to use it and figure out all the features has been a bit challenging.

“helpful support and quick SOAP notes”
Pros
Getting started with ChiroFusion was pretty simple and it fit into the practice without much trouble. The customer support team has consistently been helpful whenever needed. It handles insurance claims electronically or lets you print HCFA forms which is really convenient. The monthly fee is reasonable and the SOAP notes are fast and simple to write and save.
Cons
One downside is the lack of customizable templates. It also doesn't let you add orthopedic examinations in the exam section since you have to choose from a preset list of exams and document from there.

“billing and ehr efficiency boost”
Pros
Having billing built right into the EHR has helped simplify a lot of our day-to-day work. Since we started using it, the office has been running much more efficiently overall.
Cons
Our office uses a very common independent contractor setup and each role has to work out of a separate system. That becomes really challenging when patient schedules overlap and it has made things harder on our staff since we've had to maintain two completely independent systems.

“Clear templates and fast support”
Pros
It didn't take long to learn how everything works. Writing notes has become much more manageable and the built-in templates are detailed and clearly laid out. Using those templates makes it simple to put together complete, thorough notes without much effort.
Cons
At this point, I really haven't come across anything to dislike about the software. In the short time I've been using it, I haven't had any problems at all. On top of that, their customer service has been excellent.. whenever I've had questions, they've responded quickly and handled everything efficiently.

“Useful customization”
Pros
It's simple to use without much of a learning curve. Being able to add our own customizations is a big plus and the dictation feature has also been really helpful.
Cons
If I had to point out anything, I'd say I wish the interface had a slightly softer look. It comes across a little sterile and the overall layout may even feel a bit too minimal but honestly that's mostly just nitpicking.

“user-friendly with fantastic support”
Pros
Right away, the outstanding customer service and user-friendly design made a big difference. I'm especially excited about spending far less time on both initial and follow-up notes.
Cons
I'd still love to have more customization options so patient SOAP notes can feel more individualized.

“Web-based and very helpful”
Pros
After learning how the workflow is set up, it becomes pretty simple to use. I really like that it's web-based because I can log in from anywhere and the pages themselves look clean, clear and well organized. I've reached out to support a few times while figuring things out and they've always replied very quickly and been genuinely helpful. The help section is also packed with useful information which has made the learning process a lot better. Overall, I'm very happy with the software.
Cons
While I'm still learning the system, there are a few things that feel a bit frustrating and that I'd love to see improved though none of them are deal breakers. I'm hoping some of these get addressed over time with updates. One thing that trips me up is that some pages require you to save manually before moving on, while others save automatically. If I'm moving fast, it's easy to enter all my findings, finish a long encounter form, click to the next tab and then realize that particular page needed to be saved first. I also wish there were more flexibility with the text message reminders so I could customize what gets sent out. Another issue is that the online intake forms don't work well on cell phones and about half of my patients try opening the email on their phone and then just give up when it doesn't work. From time to time, I also run into the site timing out or the connection slowing down enough that things freeze although it hasn't been too severe so far. My last complaint is that the scheduling section could be clearer. Depending on exactly where you click, a patient's name will either open the appointment or take you to the patient profile which is really frustrating when you misclick. Some kind of icon or clearer visual indicator showing where to click would help a lot. Even with those issues, I do genuinely like the software. There are just little quirks you have to learn and once you do, it gets much more manageable but trying to learn it during a busy week was definitely a bit cumbersome.

“Billing headaches”
Pros
Whenever I reached out, the support team responded pretty quickly and genuinely tried to help however they could with whatever issue came up.
Cons
Even with how willing they were to assist, they didn't always have an actual fix for the problem. Billing kept being a recurring frustration especially with Office Ally. The electronic EOBs were not always entered correctly which left us having to manually input them ourselves to fix the errors.
