“Reliable performance year after year”

Pros

After seven years of using this tool in our clinic, we're still very happy with how well it performs. The functionality has been excellent especially for such a reasonably priced system. We haven't run into any major limitations with either the documentation or billing features. On the rare occasions when small issues have come up which happens with any software, the customer service team has handled them quickly and effectively. Its consistent performance and user-friendly design are exactly why we plan to keep using it for the long term.

Getting around has been very simple and it lets me generate notes quickly which saves a lot of time.

Cons

Since this is the first EMR software I've used I really can't compare it to other options and at this point I haven't come across any downside yet.

The overall functionality feels reliable and the finished notes come out looking polished and clean.

One limitation is that there's no option to run reports based only on the provider.

There really isn't much to complain about. I'm very satisfied with the features overall especially the ability to print superbills.

Right away the user-friendly setup and solid features stood out especially for the price. It delivers a lot of functionality without feeling complicated which makes it a really good value.

I just wish it connected more interactively with social media and website tools since that would make it even more useful.

Sending out claims, along with forwarding records and ledgers, has been the standout feature for me. That part of the software works really well and makes the whole process feel effortless.

Getting around this EHR is pretty simple and the staff has always been incredibly patient and helpful whenever we need anything.

It can feel a bit overwhelming at times but the support team does an excellent job answering questions and helping us work through them.

The billing system has been excellent and the integrations work really well.

Cons

The patient search could be better and I'd like to see more customization in the scheduling features. Fee schedules would make more sense if they were attached to each patient instead of the insurance company.

Day to day I use it constantly and it gives me little to no trouble overall, aside from the occasional billing hiccup when I move too quickly.

On busier days it can feel a bit sluggish and when I'm checking out a patient, moving too fast can kick me out of the program and force me to start over.

Getting started with this system was simple, from setup to learning how everything works. Completing SOAP notes takes very little time and the scheduler is quick and simple to use. I only wish we had moved to this years ago.

My only regret is not switching to it much sooner.

Every time we need help, the support team goes above and beyond for both our clients and our staff. They're incredibly responsive and always ready to teach us how to use Fusion more effectively. They really know the system inside and out.

Honestly there's nothing I like least about this software. I've been running a chiropractic billing company for 20 years and this is exactly the kind of software I had been hoping to find.

Having everything consolidated in one place is a huge plus and it handles most of the day-to-day tasks for you.

Cons

Customer support could be better. If you have a question, you can't simply pick up the phone and talk to someone right away.

Pros

Running a busy practice with 800+ patients a month, this product has been very manageable. It's organized, simple, practical and simple to use and it feels like it could easily support twice our current volume without any trouble.

Cons

There's nothing major to complain about. A few small tweaks would improve day-to-day convenience but they do listen to feedback and update the program based on recommendations.

This software handled the workload of two employees which made a huge difference for us.

Each screen takes a while to load so you definitely need some patience while moving through it.
