Getting around has been very simple and it lets me generate notes quickly which saves a lot of time.

Cons

Since this is the first EMR software I've used I really can't compare it to other options and at this point I haven't come across any downside yet.

One limitation is that there's no way to generate reports using only a provider reports require more than just that filter.

Getting around this EHR is pretty simple and the staff has always been incredibly patient and helpful whenever we need anything.

It can feel a bit overwhelming at times but the support team does an excellent job answering questions and helping us work through them.

Patient search feature could use some improvement and I'd love more scheduling customization options. Also, it'd be better if fee schedules were attached per patient rather than being set per insurance company.
