“cloud access and productivity boost”
Pros
Being cloud-based is a big plus and everything is accessible right from the appointment book.
Cons
It can be difficult to make software changes or improvements when it essentially functions like a spreadsheet app. The more flexible it becomes, the fewer clicks it would take and the more productive it could be.

“frustrating support and scheduler outages”
Pros
It works well for a solo practice and the cloud-based setup makes it very user-friendly. The integration options are also really solid although the extra add-ons can get expensive over time.
Cons
Technical support has been the biggest disappointment by far. Over the past 6 months, we've had 8 separate times when the online scheduler stopped working. Most of those were fixed quickly but on 2 occasions it stayed down for nearly 3 days. During that time, patients couldn't book appointments at all and we had no idea the system was even offline. Whenever we asked what happened, the response was always, "we will investigate and get back to you," but they never actually followed up. On top of that, getting a real person is nearly impossible. They won't even talk to you on the phone unless you pay a one-time $15 fee just to speak with someone.

“constantly improving and efficient”
Pros
It keeps getting updated to improve the system and it really has everything needed in one place. It also makes note-taking faster and much more efficient.
Cons
One issue is that offices are not notified when updates happen. Also, when another doctor is added within the same office, templates and other added items should transfer automatically.

“Helpful tool for our team”
Pros
Across the whole company, this software has been a really useful tool and it's very simple to use.
Cons
At times, it can run a bit slowly and doesn't load everything as fast as I'd prefer but that's really the only downside.

“Simple workflow”
Pros
Using ChiroFusion has been a very user-friendly experience and the customer support team has been excellent. When you're running a business, getting answers quickly really matters and that's exactly the kind of timely support ChiroFusion provides.
Cons
Many of the areas that previously needed improvement have been updated recently. At this point, I can't think of anything that stands out as a major inconvenience.

“all-in-one workflow boost”
Pros
After juggling three separate systems and checking EOBs across more than six different websites every day, switching to this software made a huge difference. I picked it mainly for the integrations and it really does let me handle all of our daily tasks from one place. The transition was also handled well.. they imported our large patient list for us which saved a lot of time and the six hours of one-on-one training gave me the confidence to start using the system right away.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see improved is the schedule. When a patient cancels, they still remain visible instead of being removed and it would be better if the system took them off the schedule while keeping a separate cancellation report in the background. It would also help if patient names changed numbers as they are checked in and out since that would make the schedule easier to follow. These aren't major issues but they are definitely updates I'd like to have.

“helpful support and online scheduling”
Pros
The customer service and help desk team have been fantastic, both during implementation and after going live. Another thing I really appreciate is being able to submit software suggestions and ChiroFusion actually reviews that feedback and applies it to future updates. It's also been very useful that patients can book their appointments online which takes a lot of pressure off the front desk.
Cons
I'd still like to see more reporting options, such as a patient list by insurance plan or a simple way to run a monthly birthday list.

“clean notes and organized workflow”
Pros
Depending on what you need the product can be kept very simple or used in a much more detailed way. It helps handle all of my notes, send exports to insurance companies or other physicians and keeps everything neat, clean and well organized.
Cons
There are times when pages take a while to load and during updates the system can shut down while I'm working. When that happens, it becomes hard to schedule patients.

“billing tools and responsive support”
Pros
Right away it fit in well with our clearinghouse and the unlimited macro templates have been a big plus. The billing side also includes useful extras that perform really well especially options like emailing statements and MailMyStatement services. Customer support has been excellent too.. they respond quickly whenever something needs attention. I also appreciate that users can submit ideas for changes through a voting board and a lot of those suggestions actually get added when enough people support them or when the admins see the value and move fast on it.
Cons
Like with any software it still takes time to learn how to make it work best with your own workflow. I honestly don't think there's any system you can just plug in and expect to handle everything perfectly without effort, at least I haven't seen one yet. The time you invest upfront in training and working through process adjustments really does pay off in a big way. After 3.5 years of using it, we now spend only a few minutes a day on routine admin work that used to take hours with staff on older systems and workflows. Notes are also very quick to complete and stay highly accurate.

“prebuilt workflows save time”
Pros
Having everything already built in is a huge plus because I don't have to spend extra time creating exams, OATS and goals for every patient.
Cons
I do wish text reminders were included for free and it would be much better if I could enter a patient's payment directly from their chart instead of having to go over to billing every time.

“web-based and accessible”
Pros
Learning how to use it didn't take much time. Since it's web-based, I can access it on my Mac without any hassle which has been a big plus. The integrations with ERAs and other payment tools have also worked really well.
Cons
One area that could be improved is the documentation especially around outcome assessments since it would help to have more specific guidance there. I'd also like to see more value ranges included in the exam measurements.

“Affordable and compliant notes”
Pros
Between the pricing and the built-in compliance of the notes themselves, this software has been a really solid value. Having it connected with Office Ally is a huge bonus and makes it even better for me.
Cons
At this stage I honestly don't have any complaints. They let users suggest features and genuinely consider that feedback in future updates and the fact that those updates are free makes it even harder to find a downside.

“top-notch support and organized workflow”
Pros
After 27 years with another company, we switched to ChiroFusion and it has made our office work much more organized and manageable. The biggest standout is the support team.. they're truly first-rate and always help us get back on track. They've also been incredibly helpful in fixing those inevitable rookie mistakes. We would absolutely recommend this EHR and office software.
Cons

“Love the reminders and updates”
Pros
The feature set has been really useful for our office especially text reminders, emailed and online intake forms and Physitrack. I also appreciate the credit card system since it lets us keep cards on file. They continue adding new features on a regular basis and their customer service has been excellent the whole time. Whenever we reach out, the response is always fast. Once a patient is established, getting quick SOAP notes done is very convenient too.
Cons
One downside is that when you have multiple doctors, the appointment calendar does not function very well. Staff cannot isolate just one provider's schedule at a time so the patient names get condensed and become difficult to read. When we had three providers, the calendar became especially hard to manage. The billing side can also be a bit harder to work with at times and I do not really like the way the statements print.

“responsive support and practical records”
Pros
Keeping up with patient records each day is very simple in the software. I also appreciate that ChiroFusion regularly asks users for feedback so they can keep improving it. On top of that, their customer service team is always quick to call back and help whenever needed.
Cons

Pros
There are helpful video tutorials in the help section whenever someone needs a refresher. When a new employee joins, they can follow a step-by-step learning process to get comfortable with the software.
Cons
