“SOAP notes done right”

Starting out in this field, this software has made SOAP note writing much more manageable. The features help me stay thorough and consistent every time.

Since I'm still new to the program, I haven't run into anything yet that I'd want to change.

ChiroFusion has been an affordable, fully supportive software option that fits really well for a chiropractor's needs.

The only area that could use improvement is how it interacts with X-rays taken at the facility.

Setting up notes is really quick which has been a big plus. I also appreciate that the team genuinely welcomes feedback and ideas from users about what should be added next.

Cons

It's a bit less simple at first but once you get the hang of it, it works fine. The core functionality is solid though some of the smaller details still seem to be getting fine-tuned.

Pros

One thing I really appreciate about ChiroFusion is that you can schedule a tutorial session with a staff member to get the most out of all its features. Stavros was especially helpful, sharing useful shortcuts, tricks and tips that saved time and made the whole workflow more efficient.

Cons

A few features still feel like they could be more automated. For example, patient check-in and check-out should automatically flow into the daily SOAP note with the total time already calculated. It would also be helpful to have an option to print a list of patient appointments.

Having one-on-one support has been really helpful while learning how to use this software.

Right from the training sessions, I felt comfortable using the system. Everything is simple to work with and overall the software has been amazing.

Same email address can't be used for multiple family members.

I appreciate how well the software functions and how user-friendly it is to work with.

Nothing really comes to mind. If I ever have a question, I just submit a support ticket and get help that way.

Using ChiroFusion has been very simple especially with the online forms, appointment scheduling and text reminders. Those features make day-to-day tasks much more convenient and keep everything moving efficiently.

the vitals section doesn't offer customization so there's not much flexibility there.

Pros

Having a cloud-based EHR has completely removed the need for paper in the office which feels essential for a modern chiropractic clinic today.

It would be even better if it included visual pain diagrams to help patients and doctors communicate more clearly about problem areas.

“Workflow keeps getting better”

Pros

One thing I've really appreciated is how often they update different parts of the system to improve workflow, functionality and give offices more options based on how they operate. Note completion for patients has become faster and more accurate which has made a noticeable difference day to day. It's also helpful that users can submit requests for changes or upgrades and the payment software integration is a big plus. Being able to access it from any secure internet connection is another benefit especially when working remotely or from a home office.

Cons

It's still not the best fit for a cash-based practice even though it's workable. For example, the intake forms ask for insurance information and that can't be adjusted. The billing software has been getting better but it still needs improvement. The text reminder add-on is also limited since messages can't be customized or replied to which is why we still haven't signed up for it. On top of that, the billing reports are fairly limited in what they can actually do.

Pros

It didn't take much training at all to feel comfortable using it. The system is very quick to work in and charting can be finished in just seconds. I also appreciate that they keep upgrading and refining the software which makes an already solid product even better over time.

Cons

Honestly I don't have any real complaints. On the rare occasion support is needed, the customer service team responds quickly, usually within a few hours. Since the software is so user-friendly, there's hardly ever a reason to contact support unless something unusually specific comes up.

“affordable cloud-based flexibility”

Pros

Compared with Chirotouch this software is a lot more affordable which has been a big plus. I got tired of paying extra for everything with Chirotouch when it only seemed to work about 20% of the time anyway. It's also a huge benefit that this system is cloud-based so we're not depending on a single PC to keep things running. Being able to use it with Mac is another feature I really appreciate.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see is family member linking built into the system. Since I'm just getting started with it, I also haven't had the chance to explore all of the functions yet.

They have recently added new features, which I like a lot and this allows me to quickly see a snapshot of patient info without needing to open the entire patient chart.

In the short time I have been using it, I honestly haven't found any cons so far.

ChiroFusion is highly affordable and has all the practice management features we need. What really stands out, though is their amazing customer service. They make us feel like we actually matter as clients.

One thing that I do not like is that it only integrates with limited third-party billing software.

Working with them has been absolutely amazing and I honestly could not ask for anything better. This is easily the most user friendly system I have ever used. In the past I have used four different EHR upgrades across various offices, and ChiroFusion surely stands out among all. There is just no comparison.

Once I have set up the initial exam, it becomes so easy for me to report daily notes.

Well I have noticed that sometimes patients fail to enter their claim's subjective data, which causes a bit of a hassle.

ChiroFusion is fairly easy to use and manages all the office intake and workflow for us. Plus everything from the setup to the billing process is so simple now.

Not only is the software simple to explore and learn, but the settings and features are easy to customize, too, as per my needs. Also the group trains you in all areas of the software.

Since I am new to the software, trying to remember all the options has been a bit tricky. So yes it's definitely taking some time of mine to get used to everything.

Easy to use and quite affordable. However I have just started using it so I can't say much about it.

Cons

The system is not that well developed as it causes problems. Also they take extra money if you ask for training for more than 5 hours which I didn't like at all.

“Simply amazing”

Pros

I simply love ChiroFusion. Not only it is easy to use but it is also very budget friendly. After eight years of sticking to pen and paper, I finally made the switch and I am so glad I did.

Nothing we cannot think of anything negative about this software. However I just don't like the fact that we cannot customize something according to our likings.
