“Helpful tool for our team”
Pros
Across the whole company, this software has been a really useful tool and it's very simple to use.
Cons
At times, it can run a bit slowly and doesn't load everything as fast as I'd prefer but that's really the only downside.

“Simple workflow”
Pros
Using ChiroFusion has been a very user-friendly experience and the customer support team has been excellent. When you're running a business, getting answers quickly really matters and that's exactly the kind of timely support ChiroFusion provides.
Cons
Many of the areas that previously needed improvement have been updated recently. At this point, I can't think of anything that stands out as a major inconvenience.

“all-in-one workflow boost”
Pros
After juggling three separate systems and checking EOBs across more than six different websites every day, switching to this software made a huge difference. I picked it mainly for the integrations and it really does let me handle all of our daily tasks from one place. The transition was also handled well.. they imported our large patient list for us which saved a lot of time and the six hours of one-on-one training gave me the confidence to start using the system right away.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see improved is the schedule. When a patient cancels, they still remain visible instead of being removed and it would be better if the system took them off the schedule while keeping a separate cancellation report in the background. It would also help if patient names changed numbers as they are checked in and out since that would make the schedule easier to follow. These aren't major issues but they are definitely updates I'd like to have.

“helpful support and online scheduling”
Pros
The customer service and help desk team have been fantastic, both during implementation and after going live. Another thing I really appreciate is being able to submit software suggestions and ChiroFusion actually reviews that feedback and applies it to future updates. It's also been very useful that patients can book their appointments online which takes a lot of pressure off the front desk.
Cons
I'd still like to see more reporting options, such as a patient list by insurance plan or a simple way to run a monthly birthday list.

“Scheduling and support shine”

Getting around ChiroFusion is nice and simple. Scheduling is very simple to handle and the customer service has been excellent.

“Responsive support”
Pros
It's simple for daily patient record keeping inside the software. I also appreciate that Chirofusion keeps prompting users for input so they can keep improving over time. Also, their customer support team is consistently fast to reach out and actually help when you need it.
Cons
Would be great to have a few more choices in the EXAM options list, plus an option to add additional outcome assessments so documentation feels faster and more organized.

“top notch software”
Pros
After using another company for 27 years, we switched over to ChiroFusion software. It's helped organize and make day to day office work much more manageable. The biggest standout is the ChiroFusion support team they're genuinely first rate and consistently help get you back on track. They also handle and correct the little "rookie" mistakes quickly. We'd definitely recommend this EHR and office software.
Cons
Some of the features we needed took a bit of time to get fully sorted.

“integrations are great”
Pros
Connects cleanly with the clearinghouse and the macro templates feel basically limitless. On the billing side, the extra backend features really help things like emailing statements and working with Mailmystatement have been solid. Customer support has also been a standout, when something comes up, they respond fast and get the issue resolved. I can submit change requests too and there's a full board for suggestions where a lot of ideas get implemented once enough people vote or when the admins agree it's a logical improvement they can roll out quickly.
Cons
As with any platform, there's some upfront work to figure out the best way to integrate it into your current setup and workflow. No software is truly plug and play with zero effort I haven't run into one like that yet. The time you invest early in training and working through your specific process definitely pays off later. After about 3.5 years, routine admin tasks take only a few minutes per day, where our old systems used to chew up hours with staff support. Notes are also quick and accurate which cuts down on the back and forth.

“prebuilt exams save time”
Pros
I really like that everything comes prebuilt so there's no time wasted building exams, OATS and goals for each patient.
Cons
It would be better if text reminders were included for free and if I could record patient payments right from their chart instead of having to jump over to the billing side.

“Excellent tool!”
Pros
Implementation was simple and the whole workflow felt simple to pick up. Since it's web based, it's accessible on Macs without any extra hassle. The integrations with ERAs and other payment systems have been really solid which made setup and daily use smoother.
Cons
The documentation could go further especially around clearer outcome assessments. It would also help to have more value ranges available for exam measurements so the results are easier to interpret for different scenarios.

“affordable tool”
Pros
Pricing is solid and I also really appreciate that the notes come with guaranteed compliance right out of the box. Also, it's integrated with Office Ally which makes the whole workflow feel even more smooth honestly that's the cherry on top.
Cons
At this stage, there's nothing I can really complain about. Being able to suggest features and having the team actually consider them in updates is a big deal and the updates being free just removes any potential downside for me.

Pros
It's been really simple to use and I like that you can pick and choose only the features you actually need. That means you're not stuck paying for parts you'll never use billing stays aligned with your usage.
Cons

“packed with helpful reminders”
Pros
The feature set really covers what I need text reminders, emailed/online intake forms and Physitrack. The credit card setup is also a nice touch since it lets you keep cards on file without extra hassle. They keep rolling out updates with new tools and their customer service has been excellent, responses are consistently quick and helpful. Once a patient is set up, it's also simple to enter quick SOAP notes.
Cons
When there are multiple doctors, the appointment calendar gets less usable. The staff can't switch to viewing only one provider's calendar at a time so patient names get squeezed together and it's harder to read. With three providers, the calendar became particularly cluttered. The billing side can be a bit tricky at times and I'm not thrilled with how the statements print.

“Simple setup”
Pros
This software has been extremely simple to use. The training we received made the switch feel smooth and the help section includes video walkthroughs in case you need a quick refresher. When a new employee joins, it's also nice that they can follow a step by step flow to learn the system without getting lost.

“clean notes and organized workflow”
Pros
Depending on what you need the product can be kept very simple or used in a much more detailed way. It helps handle all of my notes, send exports to insurance companies or other physicians and keeps everything neat, clean and well organized.
Cons
There are times when pages take a while to load and during updates the system can shut down while I'm working. When that happens, it becomes hard to schedule patients.

“billing tools and responsive support”
Pros
Right away it fit in well with our clearinghouse and the unlimited macro templates have been a big plus. The billing side also includes useful extras that perform really well especially options like emailing statements and MailMyStatement services. Customer support has been excellent too.. they respond quickly whenever something needs attention. I also appreciate that users can submit ideas for changes through a voting board and a lot of those suggestions actually get added when enough people support them or when the admins see the value and move fast on it.
Cons
Like with any software it still takes time to learn how to make it work best with your own workflow. I honestly don't think there's any system you can just plug in and expect to handle everything perfectly without effort, at least I haven't seen one yet. The time you invest upfront in training and working through process adjustments really does pay off in a big way. After 3.5 years of using it, we now spend only a few minutes a day on routine admin work that used to take hours with staff on older systems and workflows. Notes are also very quick to complete and stay highly accurate.

Pros
Learning how to use it didn't take much time. Since it's web-based, I can access it on my Mac without any hassle which has been a big plus. The integrations with ERAs and other payment tools have also worked really well.
