“Customizable features and smooth workflow”
Pros
It comes with a wide range of built-in features that are already set up, with most of them being customizable. That has been incredibly useful when building out the EHR and even afterward. It's simple to learn, simple to train staff on and it helps keep the practice organized by putting everything in one place. The ability to integrate with other helpful platforms is also a major advantage.
Cons
The biggest and honestly maybe the only, downside for us is that the patient paperwork can't really be edited. The prebuilt form doesn't match the way our practice operates so we ended up having to use IntakeQ for paperwork instead. That adds another expense on top of an EHR system that is already on the pricier side.

Right from the start, the interface felt very user friendly. The app is simple and covers everything you need it to do.
Cons
A few features can be glitchy especially the X-ray integration and some parts of the lead systems. That said the team is receptive to feedback.

“outstanding support and constant updates”
Pros
Very few companies make me want to leave a review and when they do, it usually comes down to customer service. A product can be hit or miss but support is what really makes the difference. ChiroHD has, by far some of the best customer support I've ever had with any software. They respond quickly, they actually listen and they genuinely try to make using the platform a positive experience. Writing notes in ChiroHD is simple, appointments are fairly organized and most of our patients really appreciate the text messaging feature. I also love that so much is handled directly inside the system so we don't have to rely on outside services for things like that. On top of that, they're always making updates and adding new improvements to make the software more user-friendly. It really feels like they care about their users and take a lot of pride in both the product and the work behind it.
Cons
There are just a couple of things I'd still like to see improved especially the appointment scheduling process which could be made a bit easier. It would also be helpful to have more text templates available for the office to use for different situations.

Pros
One thing that worked well was being able to separate cases by provider or service which made things easier to manage. The appointment tracking was useful too and the alerts were a nice touch. I also appreciated the pre-billing scrub issue alerts because they helped catch problems ahead of time.
Cons
The schedule layout was hard to work with especially since our chiropractor can see up to 10 patients in a single time slot so the calendar became crowded and difficult to read. It also did not make scheduling PT patients between providers very practical. Billing took too many clicks and I kept having to double-check the case, provider and date because those fields would sometimes change on their own. On top of that, the physical therapy note templates were very poor.. not legally defensible and extremely time-consuming to complete.

Pros
something I rave about is being able to talk to actual people instead of dealing with automated systems. Whenever I reach out through chat for help, the support reps respond very quickly and are always genuinely helpful. Whether they can resolve the question right away or need to pass it along to the tech team, nothing gets ignored and every issue ends up being addressed.
Cons
Honestly I do not have much to complain about. It can take a little time to learn how to use all of the powerful features in the system but once I got comfortable with it, it became extremely effective for everything we need.

It didn't take long to learn how to use it. The service team has been consistently available and they're always pleasant to work with. Pulling up patients and moving through their accounts is simple and overall I've really enjoyed using this service.

From scheduling patients to texting back and forth with them, it has been excellent across the board. The SOAP note macros work efficiently and are simple to update whenever needed. Honestly I've loved everything about this system.

I like that it feels current and keeps evolving with updated looks and features. The support team has consistently been quick to respond and helpful when it comes to troubleshooting.
Cons
One thing I'd really like to see improved is how doctors can manage room flow. It would help a lot if more than one computer could control the flow and unlock rooms because there are times when rooms don't open properly and the room order gets thrown off afterward. The lack of wait-time tracking is also the biggest step down compared with Platinum.
