“Two-way texting is fantastic”
Pros
The two-way texting has been a huge win for both our office and our patients. We can set appointment reminder texts to send automatically and patients can just reply to confirm, reschedule or cancel without any hassle. They also use texting to check in, whether they're coming into the office or waiting virtually in their car until it's their turn and the system automatically texts them when it's almost time to come inside. That feature by itself has made a real difference in helping patients keep their appointments, while also taking pressure off my staff and making the office run more efficiently.
Cons
Because the software is still fairly new and continues to add features some of the newer tools usually need real-time feedback to be refined. That said whenever something works well or doesn't fit the way our office operates, I reach out to support and share my input. They genuinely seem to listen to feedback and put effort into improving the product for everyone.

“reliable cloud access everywhere”
Pros
Being cloud-based makes this software incredibly flexible and we can use it from anywhere in the world. It's very user-friendly, syncs nicely with merchant systems and it's a dependable product backed by excellent tech support.
Cons
It does work through a mobile operating system but it isn't as well optimized for that platform as some other webpages. Everything is still accessible, it just takes a little more effort to navigate.

“templates and scheduling win”
Pros
Using ChiroHD has been a huge help for our office. We handle care plans so having templates that are simple to work with and the ability to schedule multiple visits quickly saves us a lot of time and lets us focus on what matters most. The app is very user-friendly and our patients absolutely love it. ChiroHD has helped us work more efficiently, deliver a better customer experience and spend more time doing what we enjoy most.. adjusting!
Cons
We began using ChiroHD back when not many people even knew about the company and the progress they have made in just 15 months has been really impressive and appreciated. One thing I would still love to see is more flexibility in the texting system.. specifically, the option for patients to only reschedule appointments instead of being able to schedule them outright. That would give us more control over their calendar and help keep them better on track.

“Nearly flawless integration support”
Pros
Switching from one system to another can feel absolutely intimidating but the way your team handled our setup was almost flawless. There's always a bit of a learning curve with any new software yet the support you provide has been incredible and the platform is fairly simple to figure out and navigate independently.
Cons
At first, one thing really frustrated me: I couldn't view a patient's future appointments or full schedule on a larger screen and the small side box was sometimes a little hard to work with. That said within the past week you added "Future Appointments" and "Bulk Scheduling," and that has been absolutely fabulous!

The scheduling system really stands out especially with how well it connects with the app.
Cons
Soap Notes felt a bit confusing in the beginning but once I got used to it, it became much more manageable.

Using ChiroHD has been really pleasant because it's very user-friendly and there's always someone available when help is needed. On top of that, the response time for resolving issues is impressively fast.
Cons
To be honest, the only downside has been the small bugs that show up from time to time. That said those problems usually get addressed extremely quickly so it hasn't been a major issue.

“color-coded scheduling helps”
Pros
Every appointment being marked with its own color and time block makes the schedule much easier to follow. I also appreciate how the system can automatically generate just about any report I might need. The biggest standout for me though, is the customer service. The team has been incredible.
Cons
If I could change one thing, it would be the scheduling setup. When I pre-schedule a patient for all 36 visits and they miss one appointment, I have to go back and manually adjust the remaining visits especially since progress exams and reports are built in every 12 visits.

Getting around ChiroHD feels very simple. The setup is user-friendly, the functionality is simple to work with and booking appointments can be done really quickly.
Cons
The constant updates can be a bit much. The insurance features still need improvement and it would be much more helpful to have videos explaining the bigger updates instead of only sending emails.

Pros
Putting together SOAP notes is incredibly simple with this software and the level of customization is a huge plus. The layout is simple to follow so even new staff can pick it up quickly. I've had team members start using it and, within a day, they were already comfortable scheduling appointments and navigating the system. The tutorial videos have been fantastic as well, clearly walking us through how things work and the calls covering new features and updates have been just as helpful. On top of that, support has been amazing.. responses come back very quickly whenever a question comes up. I was reaching out almost every day for a week and having that kind of fast, reliable help readily available was such a lifesaver.
Cons
One issue I've noticed is that the software seems to run more slowly on PC. It tends to time out or freeze more often there. We use Mac desktops at the front office but the Dells in the adjusting area regularly freeze and time out while using the software which creates a minor inconvenience.

“Simple scheduling upgrades”
Pros
One thing that really makes it stand out is how simple it feels especially being able to pull up a patient for scheduling when they're already open in the sidebar. The scheduling-out feature has also gotten noticeably better in the last couple of updates which has been a nice improvement.
Cons
The only thing I'd change is the text message typing box.. I wish it would expand as you type. At the same time, I can see why it stays the way it is to help save space.

Pros
Switching over while managing a busy practice felt intimidating at first but ChiroHD turned out to be very user friendly. It was simple enough to learn and use that the transition ended up not being a problem at all.
Cons
Whenever any urgent concerns come up, they're usually handled quickly and in a timely manner.

Pros
Getting started was quick and it comes with a lot of really useful features. It's also simple to use across multiple locations. Our old software didn't give us a clear view of what was happening at each office but now we can actually see everything in one place.
Cons
The custom macros are a bit complicated to work with.
