The customer service has been excellent and the database is full of useful documents. It's also very simple to use and just as simple to train others on.
Cons

Everything about it feels simple to understand and the app helps patients feel more involved in their own health. It also gives them the flexibility to communicate with the office in whatever way works best for them.
Cons
Nothing really comes to mind. On the rare occasions we've needed help or run into an issue, the support team has been amazing and handles everything with patience, grace and understanding.

After moving over from Chirotouch to ChiroHD, the transition went really well and the system did a solid job bringing our information over from the old software. That part was a big plus for us. We also really enjoy the cleaner, more modern look of ChiroHD and our team had a very positive onboarding experience while learning how to use it. One thing we did notice is that Chirotouch offered more flexibility and customization, while ChiroHD feels more rigid in how the software is structured and doesn't allow as much changing or modifying of settings. We also wish the SOAP section had more advanced functionality built into it.
Cons
The billing side and reporting still need improvement. We've run into problems with patient AR being inaccurate which makes it difficult to know exactly what a patient truly owes. On the back end, a report may show one balance but when you open the patient's actual ledger, the amount is different. It seems like the system still needs work when it comes to pulling balances and credits correctly. Another thing that feels missing is a proper place for internal office notes. If we send records somewhere, have a billing conversation with an insurance rep or get a call from an attorney, there isn't really a dedicated area to document those internal notes clearly. Right now, it all has to be placed in the same section and we're left creating our own dating and documentation process.

Pros
Right from the start, ChiroHD has covered everything I need. The support team has been excellent and I'm able to send billing out for all of my clients quickly which means I can bill more frequently. The system is user-friendly and doesn't require a ton of clicks to get things done. It's also simple to move between multiple locations and pull data at the corporate level. Setup is impressively fast so I can start billing within just a few days. I also appreciate that the team genuinely listens to suggestions and is willing to make changes when needed. On top of that, it's flexible enough to customize appointment messages, schedules, charges and more so each office can be set up exactly the way it needs.
Cons
There really isn't much to complain about especially since anything that comes up already seems to be in the process of being updated or improved.

Having it web-based makes day-to-day use really convenient. The practice analytics are more powerful and provide better data to help with decision-making. It's also nice being able to import digital radiographs directly into the patient screen without paying any extra cost.
Cons
The macros could still be improved even though they are customizable. Setting them up is a process that takes time. Another limitation is that Dx codes can't be pulled into the SOAP note.

Cons

Using this system has been very simple which I really appreciate. They keep the software updated regularly and are always open to feedback and suggestions. The messaging feature is especially useful because it lets me communicate. Customer Service has also been wonderful.. they are consistently kind, helpful and quick to assist whenever needed.
Cons
Honestly there is nothing about the software that I dislike. On the rare occasion a small issue comes up, I usually reach out to the team rep and we talk through possible improvements, like adding the ability to save progress while entering EOBs. She already mentioned that they are working on that change.

Right from the start, ChiroHD felt very simple to use and the interface has a clean, polished look. Notes are fast to create and easy to customize and the text-to-anything feature works really well. The pricing is affordable, the support team has been fantastic and overall it has been a very helpful product.
Cons
At this point, I really do not have any major complaints. The only thing I would like to see over time is more CRM functionality. Other than that, they are clearly developing and improving the platform continuously which is very refreshing.

The scheduling, billing and payment tools work well and the text reminders and communication features are definitely helpful. Being web-based is also a big plus since it makes the system accessible from anywhere.
Cons
The SOAP notes and exam sections feel lacking and there really should be a better patient-facing interface for entering subjective symptoms before the visit.

Out of all the EMR systems we've used, ChiroHD has been the strongest by far. It does an excellent job of helping us keep track of every member of the practice and when it's used the right way, nobody gets overlooked. Records are always quick to pull up, the program works really well and it just keeps improving over time.
Cons
The thing I'm most looking forward to is adding electronic paperwork. We already use the basic version for intake forms and that alone has made a huge difference for us. I'm excited to expand it into every other part of the practice and finally move to a completely paperless setup.

One thing that really stands out is how clear the schedule looks when setting up appointments for patients. The feature I've enjoyed most is being able to book patients out for months in advance without much hassle. It makes it much simpler to map out their visits and helps keep everyone on track.
Cons
We're still in the process of bringing this software into our office so we're working through the usual bumps along the way. The integration part has been a bit challenging especially when it comes to understanding the layout and all the different functions so it feels a little overwhelming at the beginning.

ChiroHD feels simple to use while still being incredibly smart. It comes with tons of simple tools that have made our front desk much more efficient. Integrated texting, automated forms, the scheduling app, drag-and-drop functionality and being able to pull up patient information quickly are only a few of the things that put this software far ahead of the others we evaluated. On top of that, the onboarding process and continued tech support have been unmatched.
Cons
Like any software, there are still a few areas that could be better but they are consistently refining and improving the system. They welcome feedback and genuinely seem committed to old-fashioned customer service while still staying innovative and ahead of the curve. We're especially looking forward to more families using the scheduling app, along with some updates to care plan information and tracking. Every update comes with just a click and it always seems like there's another polished new feature to discover.

Being able to log into this system from anywhere with Chrome has been amazing. It made working from home much more manageable and our office runs a lot more efficiently now since we use iPads throughout the practice. The integration process was incredibly fast too.. we integrated on Friday and were fully up and running by Monday.
Cons
The reminders feature gave us some trouble and we're still running into issues with it. It would also really help if the app let us view an entire family's schedule in one place since parents usually don't want to create separate accounts and email addresses for their kids. Remembering extra passwords is a hassle and they often forget to update both if both names aren't visible. Reminder templates would also be a big improvement.

Having everything in one place has been a huge plus. The system is simple to use and it includes features you just don't see in other EHR platforms. The best part though, has been the support and onboarding teams.. they've been absolutely amazing. Any time there's a hiccup, reaching out to them is genuinely a pleasant experience.
Cons
It does cost a bit more than some traditional EHR systems but the value you get from it absolutely makes up for the higher price.
