Pros
Using this software feels very simple. Making corrections or updates is simple and I can get to just about everything I need from almost anywhere.
Cons
Schedules can't be updated in bulk and I've also struggled to get the alert templates set up accurately and to run reports the way I need.

“Promising updates”
Pros
Getting started with the system has felt very natural because it's simple to understand as you go. We're especially looking forward to the upcoming updates, including customized paperwork, lead tracking event tracking and hopefully a more convenient way to set up text reminders and emails.
Cons
we'd really like to see improved how appointments can be rearranged after a bulk schedule is created. There are times when an appointment needs to be pushed to the end of a care plan and right now that means going into the calendar view and manually shifting progress exams around. It would be much better if future appointments could be opened on a page similar to the bulk scheduling screen, where adjusting the placement of a progress exam would be much simpler.

The functionality is excellent and the system is very simple to use. Support also responds very quickly whenever help is needed.
Cons
It logs me out after a few hours of inactivity which can be a bit inconvenient.

“Simple platform and amazing support”
Pros
Getting started with ChiroHD felt very natural and the customer service has been outstanding. The whole system is simple to work with and they keep expanding and refining the software so it becomes even more user-friendly over time.
Cons
At the beginning, there were a few missing pieces but ChiroHD has really gone above and beyond with ongoing upgrades to the platform. Right now, there are still some limitations in the automatic scheduling system and the analytics reporting features but they are continually working to make those areas better.

Pros
Being able to move appointments around during the day with a simple drag-and-drop setup makes scheduling really convenient. Texting patients, including sending appointment reminders, works smoothly and the app integration is simple for patients to use.
Cons
The part we liked least was the care plan status and adjustment counter. Our office does not base treatment on a full year of care but on specific care plans over different lengths of time. When a patient falls behind the expected pace and goes beyond something like a 3-month care plan, the calculator stops tracking the count.

“Easy training and efficient features”
Pros
Training our team, including new hires, has been really simple because the system is so simple to use. It makes things easier not only for us but for the entire staff as well. We also really appreciate the features that help our chiropractic office run much more efficiently day to day.
Cons
Families can't be grouped in the app and they also can't handle rescheduling for everyone through the app. Another limitation is that customizable paperwork still isn't available yet.

Pros
Everything about ChiroHD feels very user friendly. Managing patient information is simple and I really appreciate how quickly paperwork can be accessed. It keeps things simple the way software like this should be and the support is excellent as well.
Cons
I'd love to see added is patient photos in the patient snapshot since that would make it much easier to quickly tell who is who.

Everything about it feels simple, organized and fully digital. Having information uploaded electronically, forms auto-filled and a user-friendly scheduling system has made our work much faster, easier to manage and a lot more efficient overall.
Cons
At the moment the insurance side can be a bit confusing but it seems like something that will improve over time.

Getting started with ChiroHD was much less overwhelming thanks to their amazing support team. When we first opened, we really had no idea what we were doing and needed help with almost everything. Between the training videos and the live chat support, we were able to learn the system very quickly.
Cons
Honestly I can't think of any cons off the top of my head.

The calling system has been excellent and getting in touch with support is always quick and convenient. The text reminders are also really helpful and add a lot to the overall experience.
Cons
The only thing I'm not a fan of is the occasional glitch where clicking on an appointment makes the screen jump back to the top.

The interface has a modern, polished look and aside from that, I feel pretty neutral about the software overall.
Cons
Checking in patients who have two appointments on the same day can cause issues with the calling module. I'm not a fan of that part of the system and I believe I've already had other support tickets submitted about it.

Navigating ChiroHD has been really simple and I can pull up the information I need without wasting time searching around.
Cons
One thing I'd change is the ability to schedule something directly on the calendar to block off time without having to create it as an exception. I'd also like the option to extend a patient's plan without adding adjustments, while still having the visits continue to count down.

One thing I really appreciate is how open the company is to feedback and how consistently they keep improving the product. The updates don't take forever to be released either which makes it feel like suggestions actually lead to real changes.
Cons
There isn't much I dislike but the biggest issue for me is the support schedule. Since I'm in the Central time zone, support is already closed by 4 PM our time even though our office stays open for another two hours. I do wish the support hours were broader though I still appreciate that when I call or chat, I'm connected with an actual person instead of a bot or voicemail.

Switching to ChiroHD made a huge difference for us. The live support has been fantastic and the system is very simple to use. We had been stuck with software that was slow, outdated and frustrating, just trying to make it work. I didn't even realize how unhappy we were with the old setup until we finally moved over to HD.
Cons
Any time we come across something that doesn't quite work for our needs, the ChiroHD team responds quickly, fixes the issue and often adds new features for us as well.

ChiroHD has really helped replace several different programs our office used to rely on. With its texting feature, we no longer need SKED which has made things much more convenient. Another big plus is how reachable and helpful the support desk is whenever we need assistance.
Cons
Honestly whenever I've noticed a feature that could be better and shared that feedback, it usually gets improved within a few months. They do a really good job of staying on top of updates and making the system better for users.

Using this product has been very simple and the recent updates have made it even simpler to find exactly what I need. I can jump straight to a PT's case with just one click which saves a lot of time.
Cons
Every now and then, there are glitches and they seem to be happening more often since the latest updates. The software can also lag longer than it should at times which sometimes leaves the PT waiting more than necessary.
