Customer support is good

Pros

The customer service representative has been more than perfect in solving our problems. She went above and beyond the call of duty to get us sorted.

Highly recommended

Pros

It is easy to use and although it would take some time to learn, it makes our life so much easier. The customization and efficiency is beyond the charts.

Cons

Run away from this software

Pros

What an amazing experience

Pros

Chirotouch has the ability to configure the EHR to my exact specifications. Billing tools are the best and it allows seamless integration too.

Cons

No negative remarks. I would recommend this software to anybody.

Excellent experience, great service

Pros

Its been 5 years since I am using Chirotouch and I have felt nothing but impressed. Integration is seamless and the customer support is so useful. Chirotouch has made billing very easy for us. We love chirotouch. Highly recommended.

Cons

Patient statements are a little complicated.

Very comprehensive

Pros

I actually loved using chirotouch because of the ease it offers. Most of my tasks now are done electronically including reporting which is a great advantage.

Cons

I dont know if anybody else has faced this issue but I think the customer support is a bit slow.

A big YES for this software

Pros

Chirotouch has improved our clinical efficiency and is a very progressive software that allows a level of clinical accuracy not possible without.

Cons

Keeping up with extra functions is a little hard.

Good software

Pros

Chirotouch is an all in one EHR software with great scheduling tools. It is super easy to navigate and Billing is easy.

Cons

Lack of ability for remote use is my least favorite part about Chirotouch.

Pros

False promises

Pros

The interface is quite nice.

All the promises they made, in the beginning, were all false. All the features are very faulty. It is too pricey for what it offers.

Pros

The fact that we need support makes it very expensive to operate. We also provide a lot of suggestions to them which they never seem to take into account.

Cons

Excellent Support Staff

Pros

The Chirotouch Support Staff are the best! As the only front desk person I had to use them a lot. They are all courteous, patient and helpful. Many times they have had to really work to figure out and fix my issues! I learned many aspects of my job from them. I am retiring in 2 days and I know I am leaving my replacement in great hands! Thank-you all!

Best Tool for Practice Expansion

Pros

We love Chirotouch as it helps us incorporate intricate parts of the modern busy chiropractic practice into one whole. We see a lot of PI cases and the charting section helps our doctor quickly keep notes that will support his care and help us get paid. We also love the Front Desk features as its very easy for us to take in a high volume of new patients of all sorts of case types. There are so many places to keep notes on unique situations that it makes each individual real to any employee who might come and look at the account later. I love the reports sections. As a co-owner, I can find out all sorts of things in planning or debugging an area. Lastly their support staff and webinars are very useful. Theres a lot of little things to learn and they make it easy to do. I love the New Staff modules. Its a pre-set program for me to onboard my new staff by post title. Thats so valuable to us!

Cons

There is a lot to learn to utilize the whole power of the program. But little by little, you can get a better and better handle on it. There are a lot of useful add on services. Its nice that you can pick and choose but it does get a little pricey as youll eventually want them all.

BulletTouch PI platform and macros are ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!!

Pros

Very efficient, thorough, time saving and intuitive. Its been quick and easy to implement. The support that ChiroTouch offers is SUPERIOR! Thank you for making charting not a daunting task!!! A shout out to Pep and Dr Mark and Dr Owen for all their hard work to help us.

Cons

Even though you may have to pay what you may perceive as a bit for the ChiroTouch services, it is an unbelievable value once you figure out all they have put into this and continue to strive for excellence!!!! Try it, and you will see.!!!!

User friendly software with great support. Everyone Ive reached is very resourceful and quick to answer questions.Support through viewing your screen - excellentSupport through conversation - quick and gets your questions answered quicklySupport through appointment scheduling. So very helpful. You learn more than what your initial question was on.Great experience with updates and additions to the software

Cons

Wish they hadnt gone with one CC provider to store and process credit cards. There is a work around to stay with your current provider

Love the service

Pros

Customer support is very responsive and professional. They have helped me solve all the issues I have called in about. At CalJam 2020, Pep helped our office set up some systems through ChiroTouch that we did not know we were not utilizing. We automated a few processes wed been doing by hand and were saving a ton of time.

Cons

Id like if some menus in the Provider All-in-One, specifically the scheduled/checked-in/checked-out menu, would open the highlighted patients profile when you click enter.
