I’ve been operating a private orthopedic consultancy since mid-2022, and after having used Chirotouch extensively in a hospital ward setting, took their basic subscription for my individual work. From updated bone charts and treatment recommendations to excellent patient charting and billing, this software offers it all. Their friendly helpline execs are always ready to assist (have made many calls to learn).
Cons
There is a learning curve, but not too much. Medical staff soon picks it.

The company staff is incredibly kind and amiable. From their sales representatives and training staff to their unparalleled support staff. Whatever issue we might face, they go above and beyond to find a timely resolution for it. We had a time limit to complete the implementation of the new software and their training team was a great help throughout the process. They sure deserve compensation for their devoted performance. As for the software, it is easy to use, very flexible and offers a lot of options for customization. Note-taking has just the right features for a chiro’s office. This software has been a noteworthy help to our practice.
Cons
The learning curve is slightly challenging. Navigating through the system can be confusing but once you have learned it, it’s pretty simple and intuitive. It streamlines the workflow.

Kudos to Complete Chiropractic Sports & Wellness. I have the utmost admiration for the customer support staff at CT. Elienai C. is an operator there who helped me through a very difficult insurance billing and accounting problem today and I am so grateful for her patience because there is no way I could have figured that out on my own. ChiroTouch is an amazing software that makes chiropractic practice far easier for us. Online forms for new patients and online schedules for providers to access at any time and place are a huge help. OpenEdge, for an integrated credit card system, makes billing very simple. There are options for care packages for service.
Cons
The setup still shows a few glitches every now and then but that can be overlooked, and the online scheduling isn’t always the smoothest process. The Verify option does not work for all insurances. We currently have a request-based system in which patients send requests for appointments where they could see the schedule including the free and taken slots. This resulted in negative feedback from them so we had to take that whole service down.

This is the best decision for our business that my husband ever made. It may have saved our marriage! LOL I am saving so much time on my billing and patient recalls and once my staff learned it has made all of our lives easier, which means our patient care has dramatically improved! Thank you for all the training and support as they have been amazing. 6 months later and still amazed by the software and the support has been world-class - they are always helpful and very nice. ChiroTouch Chiropractic EMR Software is amazing.

We love Chirotouch as it helps us incorporate intricate parts of the modern busy chiropractic practice into one whole. We see a lot of PI cases and the charting section helps our doctor quickly keep notes that will support his care and help us get paid. We also love the Front Desk features as its very easy for us to take in a high volume of new patients of all sorts of case types. There are so many places to keep notes on unique situations that it makes each individual real to any employee who might come and look at the account later. I love the reports sections. As a co-owner, I can find out all sorts of things in planning or debugging an area. Lastly their support staff and webinars are very useful. Theres a lot of little things to learn and they make it easy to do. I love the New Staff modules. Its a pre-set program for me to onboard my new staff by post title. Thats so valuable to us!

There is a lot to learn to utilize the whole power of the program. But little by little, you can get a better and better handle on it. There are a lot of useful add on services. Its nice that you can pick and choose but it does get a little pricey as youll eventually want them all.

At CalJam 2020, Pep helped our office set up some systems through ChiroTouch that we did not know we were not utilizing. We automated a few processes wed been doing by hand and were saving a ton of time.

The support is amazing and helps us all the time - we are older and require help with computers and they have always been very patient with us. We love the billing side of things- auto posting has saved us so much time over he last year . Hands down, great product support!! That is critical when youve got no other choice but to get the job done. I never had a question, ChiroTouch couldnt answer. The accounting is straight forward which makes it easier for the billing department to collect!! It has saved my clinic hours on accounting time with the AutoPosting features!!

It is so much easier to work with this software and stay above all matters with the tech support staff always available to help us with any and all issues we have with the system. The representative is competent, professional and works within the time limits that a busy practice like ours demands from vendors. They have played a major role in keeping our account up-to-date and helped our practice run smoothly over the years.

The system is still in-house server based which is not the safest option considered that nowadays almost all her systems are cloud-based or have cloud storage. I hope people at Chirotouch soon remedy that.

Their customer support department is extremely friendly and beyond helpful throughout my experience with ChiroTouch. They are super friendly and readily accessible, there is no wait time when you call and there is always someone more than willing to help you with any questions or issues you might be facing, at any time and day of the week.
Cons
There are some issues that cannot be resolved as quickly as we would like them to be, as they often affect clinic work. Some problems require research as any technical problem does but the staff is always very efficient in resolving our issues as soon as they can and never disappoint.

CT has all the elements necessary for a chiropractic practice integrated seamlessly. The charting module has specified features that make charting very quick. The billing system is integrated with scheduling which eliminates any confusions and streamlines the clinic workflow. the whole system is robust with all the bells and whistles making chiro practice easier than ever.
Cons
Considering how it caters to small and independent chiropractic specialty practices, the software is quite expensive. Although, there are other options on the market of similar products but none of them offer the degree of integration CT does.

Our experience with chirotouch has been highly satisfactory. They provide a great and robust platform that has all the components thoroughly integrated. The workflow in CT is streamlined. I love easy charting is with all the built-in features and tools that help us run a smooth and successful practice. The company has the greatest staff I have ever come across. They are always trying to improve our experience with the system, and tweaking all the bugs for a seamless practice.
Cons
The software can seem overwhelming at first but once you have proper training and less than half an hour of one-on-one learning session, you are good to operate the system without any trouble.

I fail to think of a single redeeming quality this software possesses. They make big promises, sweet talk you into buying an overpriced service and then deliver nothing.
Cons
Everything about it. They provide no updates for the expensive undeveloped software. They do not follow their own contract. You cannot get a refund or get out of the contract before the agreed duration is over. They offer no help regarding any issues with the system. They failed to keep up with the right time zones for appointments. The staff is rude and inconsiderate. And after some time, they stop responding to your calls altogether. I cannot explain what torment using ChiroTouch has been. We lost tens of thousands of dollars due to the errors in their system and especially in the billing part. I switched to another software but they still charge me and when I filed a complaint, they refused to acknowledge it. I use drChrono now and it is a million times better than CT and offers good value for your money.

ChiroTouch is nothing like the company promises you at the time of buying. The system is far from intuitive. You have to put in too much work. The system is always crashing. There are only limited options for customization. We encounter problems with the software at least once every month. Sometimes, it’s the billing, sometimes there’s a problem logging in, the system would crash or backups won’t happen. Theres always something with CT causing us trouble. The customer support is unreliable and inconsistent. They are never available when you need them.

As for the software, it is easy to use, very flexible and offers a lot of options for customization. Note-taking has just the right features for a chiro’s office. This software has been a noteworthy help to our practice.

Kudos to Complete Chiropractic Sports & Wellness. I have the utmost admiration for the customer support staff at CT. Elienai C. is an operator there who helped me through a very difficult insurance billing and accounting problem today and I am so grateful for her patience because there is no way I could have figured that out on my own. ChiroTouch is an amazing software that makes chiropractic practice far easier for us. Online forms for new patients and online schedules for providers to access at any time and place are a huge help. OpenEdge, for an integrated credit card system, makes billing very simple. There are options for care packages for service.
Cons
The setup still shows a few glitches every now and then but that can be overlooked, and the online scheduling isn’t always the smoothest process. The Verify option does not work for all insurances. We currently have a request-based system in which patients send requests for appointments where they could see the schedule including the free and taken slots. This resulted in negative feedback from them so we had to take that whole service down.

We love Chirotouch as it helps us incorporate intricate parts of the modern busy chiropractic practice into one whole. We see a lot of PI cases and the charting section helps our doctor quickly keep notes that will support his care and help us get paid. We also love the Front Desk features as its very easy for us to take in a high volume of new patients of all sorts of case types. There are so many places to keep notes on unique situations that it makes each individual real to any employee who might come and look at the account later. I love the reports sections. As a co-owner, I can find out all sorts of things in planning or debugging an area. Lastly their support staff and webinars are very useful. Theres a lot of little things to learn and they make it easy to do. I love the New Staff modules. Its a pre-set program for me to onboard my new staff by post title. Thats so valuable to us!

There is a lot to learn to utilize the whole power of the program. But little by little, you can get a better and better handle on it. There are a lot of useful add on services. Its nice that you can pick and choose but it does get a little pricey as youll eventually want them all.

I fail to think of a single redeeming quality this software possesses. They make big promises, sweet talk you into buying an overpriced service and then deliver nothing.
Cons
Everything about it. They provide no updates for the expensive undeveloped software. They do not follow their own contract. You cannot get a refund or get out of the contract before the agreed duration is over. They offer no help regarding any issues with the system. They failed to keep up with the right time zones for appointments. The staff is rude and inconsiderate. And after some time, they stop responding to your calls altogether. I cannot explain what torment using ChiroTouch has been. We lost tens of thousands of dollars due to the errors in their system and especially in the billing part. I switched to another software but they still charge me and when I filed a complaint, they refused to acknowledge it. I use drChrono now and it is a million times better than CT and offers good value for your money.
