“I love the cloud flexibility”
Pros
After using both the server based and cloud versions of ChiroTouch, the cloud option is definitely the one I prefer. It gives me the freedom to work from home and even while traveling which has been a huge advantage. The platform is simple to navigate and CT Forms along with InTouch help me stay in touch with patients quickly and efficiently.
Cons
The part I have liked the least is the billing tool. I ran into quite a few issues with it and eventually I decided to stop using that service.

“An all-in-one workflow powerhouse”
Pros
Everything from scheduling and patient management to doctor notes is handled really well in ChiroTouch and it's very user-friendly. The ready-made templates are a big help too especially for keeping documentation moving quickly within one all-in-one system.
Cons
Its monthly cost for each service is a bit on the expensive side. I'd also like to see better integration between the intake forms and SOAP notes since the server-based version seemed to connect those features much more effectively.

“Powerful features overall”
Pros
There's a lot packed into this software and that functionality has been really valuable in day to day use. Being able to log in from home is a huge help and makes it much more convenient to stay on top of things. Customer support has also been excellent whenever I have needed assistance.
Cons
Getting comfortable with the system takes time because the learning curve is fairly steep. It definitely requires more effort to learn than the server-based program did.

“An adaptable workflow powerhouse”
Pros
After years of using ChiroTouch I must say it still stands out as an amazing tool because it can be adjusted quickly to match the way your practice works. I run with a very small team so I need everything such as scheduling, custom form creation and payment collection to flow without extra effort and it does that really well. On top of that their support team is outstanding whenever I need help getting any of it set up or handled.
Cons
One area that really needs improvement is diagnosis code search. It should be much easier to look up codes on the spot instead of digging through prebuilt lists. A lot of EMRs fall short here but there's really no good reason that in 2026 a provider still has to search ICD 10 for...just to update a diagnosis.

“Faster notes with flexible scheduling”
Pros
Their scheduling setup is really well organized and being able to create different appointment types is a big plus. The AI feature for SOAP notes also helps a lot since it makes charting much faster and less time-consuming.
Cons
I noticed that it still doesn't integrate with GoHighLevel. I am also not a fan of being limited to just one credit card processor and I'd really like to see Fortis added as an integration option.

“Integrated workflow with smart charting”
Pros
Everything in ChiroTouch works together in one integrated system which keeps the workflow running efficiently. The AI feature also cuts down the time doctors spend on new patient paperwork by turning the information into paragraph form for them.
Cons
At the beginning training was a challenge for us but that improved once they assigned a representative who checked in weekly and answered the questions we had.

“An unprofessional look and lag”
Pros
Running a high-volume practice, the SOAP notes were very efficient and still included all the key information needed for each patient visit.
Cons
The interface looked a bit childish which was only really a concern if a patient happened to see it. Overall it didn't feel very professional and it was also occasionally slow.

“Customizable and user-friendly”
Pros
It's pretty easy to use and simple to train new staff on. The system is also highly customizable and I appreciate that they actually take user feedback into account when considering new features and ideas.
Cons
I noticed that fixing issues can take a while. It sometimes takes a couple of days to get a callback and I'd rather be able to call in and have small problems handled much more quickly.

“Responsive support with custom macros”
Pros
Managing patients and taking notes is very easy especially with the custom macros. Support has been excellent, with quick response times and the online forms are a really helpful addition.
Cons
CT Rev is a bit disappointing at the lower end. That said they keep improving the product and keep adding updates that make it more practical and reliable for users.

“Fantastic support and features”
Pros
ChiroTouch has been a pleasure to use. Huge shoutout to support team for fixing my billing issue within minutes as they were incredibly friendly, detailed and helpful. I am really loving this tool!
Cons
There really aren't any major problems for us. The only challenge is that I still don't know everything the program is capable of so there's a bit of a learning curve and it takes some time and practice to fully use it.

“Simple notes and billing”
Pros
Using this program has been really easy especially when it comes to note taking. Since we run a cash-based practice, it has also made collections and billing much more manageable for our office.
Cons
Honestly there isn't much for me to complain about with CT. We switched over from another EHR and the whole transition was made very simple for us.

“A fantastic fit for chiropractic workflows”
Pros
Running our practice with ChiroTouch has been a really positive experience. It's very user-friendly and clearly built with chiropractic offices in mind which helps keep everyday tasks organized and efficient. Everything from appointment scheduling and patient charting to billing and claims processing works together nicely and is simple to move through.
Cons
A huge plus is the level of customization it offers. The system adjusts well to different workflows without becoming unnecessarily complex. The SOAP note templates and automated billing tools have cut down a lot of our administrative work and made the whole office more productive.

“Billing and notes are fantastic”
Pros
This software has been excellent to work with. It's very user friendly and billing and note taking are much simpler now especially with the new AI mode. Scheduling is easy too and the color coding makes everything easier to follow.
Cons
The thing that could be better is patient notes within the profile. Right now, they can't really be completed directly there so I have to leave the profile and open the charting tab every time. I'd rather be able to stay in a patient's profile, see any missing DOS and finish it from that screen.

“Feature packed for busy clinics”
Pros
There's pretty much every tool a chiropractor would want built into it. It has simplified a lot of our day to day workflows and made exporting reports much more simple.
Cons
One issue was that moving and uploading our patient records from Tebra into its cloud version wasn't very easy.

“Better charting and scheduling”
Pros
Since switching to ChiroTouch our patient records feel much more secure and the support team has been excellent whenever something comes up and we need technical help. It has really simplified our scheduling and file management and charting is much faster now, takes less effort and flows right into patient records without any hassle. We're really happy we moved over to this one and would absolutely recommend it.
Cons
Setting up pricing for our retail products so they can be added to a patient's bill at each visit was a little challenging. It would also be much more convenient if the different parts of the practice were handled in one place instead of having to work across multiple websites.

“great value with smart AI”
Pros
Between the great value and the AI features, this has been a really worthwhile system to use. It keeps everything needed in one place which makes day to day work much more manageable. The online scheduling is also a big plus and makes booking appointments very convenient.
Cons
It does take some adjustment to start using it and there's definitely a learning curve at the beginning. They do offer support teams and training classes to help you through the setup and basics but even with that there are still parts of the system that take time to fully understand.

“A reliable tool”
Pros
Running the practice is much more manageable with ChiroTouch because everything is centralized in one system. It handles appointments, patient notes, billing, claims and ledgers really well which keeps daily operations organized. Whenever support is needed, the customer service team has been fast to respond, efficient and knowledgeable when it comes to solving problems.
Cons
The only real downside for a small practice is the cost since the pricing can feel a bit high. Even with that, the software still feels worth what it costs.

“User friendly with helpful support”
Pros
The software is very easy to use. Customer support has been really helpful overall, although there was one issue that ended up taking a few months to get resolved.
Cons
To me the pricing is too high. I also tried moving to Advanced but billing auto carriers was not as simple because there wasn't a way to send notes along with the bills.

“Top notch support and usability”
Pros
Using ChiroTouch has been a really positive experience. It's very simple to work with and the customer support is honestly the best I have dealt with in any industry. The team genuinely wants to help and seems committed to building the best product possible.
Cons
A few of the features aren't relevant to how I work so I don't really use them. I also wish the stats section included a few more options that would be useful for my needs.

“User friendly for daily practice”
Pros
ChiroTouch is very easy to use and that's probably the part I appreciate most. It fits into our day to day workflow at the practice really well and makes daily tasks simple to manage.
Cons
