“customizable and responsive support”
Pros
It covers everything I need and can be tailored to fit the specific way I run my practice. The support team is also quick to respond which makes a big difference when you're transitioning to a new system.
Cons
My only complaint is the extra monthly fee for text and email appointment reminders, along with access to the CT App. Given the overall cost, those features feel like they should already be included.

“helpful support and clear layout”
Pros
The system has been proven to be user friendly which is what I like most. The provider screen keeps everything in one place so it is much less confusing and easier to follow. Customer service has also been excellent as they are very responsive, helpful and quick whenever we've needed assistance.
Cons
Since we're still new to the system, I don't have many complaints yet. The biggest downside so far is the scanning process because it takes more steps than it did in VOS and selecting a name for each scan doesn't feel as simple as it should.

Pros
Whenever an issue comes up or we need a quick fix, the support team has been helpful to our office. We've also been noticing the value of ChiroTouch Reminders especially as we use it more.
Cons
We still need to carve out more time to really learn the product. Our Customer Service team is willing to arrange training and go over our questions but it has to happen when we don't have patients scheduled.

“frustratingly complicated system”
Pros
Honestly nothing comes to mind. If it were my decision, I'd switch back to EZ Biz software without hesitation.
Cons
Using the system feels far more complicated than it should be, with too many steps required for simple tasks and too many different places to manage everything. The screens are overcrowded, the wording in chart notes sounds awkward unless the doctor spends a lot of time editing and most of the customer support team hasn't been able to fix my problems. On top of that the people involved in choosing the software were given the impression that certain features were included, when they actually turned out to be optional. I could honestly keep listing issues.

Pros
Most of the settings and features I need are easy to use which makes the system very practical for day to day work.
Cons
At the beginning there really wasn't enough time to fully learn the software. For a startup practice, it would help to have more time to understand all the details and how the program works.

Pros
Getting this set up and managed on the user side is very easy and once everything is in place, it takes very little effort to maintain day to day.
Cons
From time to time we do run into database connection errors although they're usually simple to fix. Aside from that the system is generally good.
