“promising idea, costly extras”
Pros
It's marketed as a system built specifically for chiropractors and that would be a real advantage if it actually performed the way it should.
Cons
Right from the start, it hasn't functioned the way it was presented to us during the sale. The tools we actually need come as extra paid add-ons and they're far from affordable. Support has been underwhelming while still costing too much and I ended up spending more than two hours today just trying to get a basic issue fixed.

“feature-rich and supportive”
Pros
ChiroTouch has felt like a very complete system that covers just about everything you could want it to handle. The company itself comes across as highly professional and the training they provide is thorough. Their support has been excellent throughout the process as well. Whenever we need help, they're very accessible by phone or online chat and they consistently take the time to answer our questions.
Cons
One thing that can feel a little intimidating is just how much this software can do. Because it offers so many options, it can be somewhat overwhelming at first. It takes a while to sort through everything and figure out which features and settings are the best fit for your office.

“worth every penny”
Pros
Having everything in one chiropractic platform really makes it feel worth the cost. It's fairly easy to use and putting together claims is especially simple.
Cons
It would be better with customizable buttons and there's also no physical therapy module for documenting exercises and the time spent on them.

“fantastic support and features”
Pros
There are a lot of useful features in ChiroTouch and the support has been outstanding. At 80, with an older staff as well, I had real doubts about whether we'd manage the learning curve. It definitely took some effort but we got through it with only a few minor hiccups. The support team has made all the difference. From my very first conversation with the CT sales rep up to now, every interaction has been consistently positive. We really haven't run into anything but helpful people and good experiences.
Cons
For a number of months, the patient statement format was disappointing. Thankfully, that issue has now been corrected.

“excellent web-based ehr support”
Pros
Being web-based has been a big plus and it works really well for EHR, ledger and billing. Whenever we have questions, the response is quick and the tech support has been very amazing. The Meaningful Use webinars have also been outstanding and I really hope they keep that level going.
Cons
There are a few minor areas that could be better. For instance, in the appointment scheduler, I'd prefer to see only our office hours instead of 12am-12am time slots every day. A couple of other small issues exist too but Future Health has said improvements are on the way.

“pro-chiropractic support shines”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how committed this company is to chiropractic. They do more than just provide software as they actively support pure chiropractic, bring in excellent speakers for webinars and genuinely seem invested in helping your practice succeed. Some really useful features have been added too especially the texting reminders which we absolutely love. Patients have responded well to that feature too.
Cons
My biggest frustration is having to pay extra for certain add-on features after already spending so much on the software itself. With that level of investment, it feels like those tools should already be included instead of costing more.

“clean layout and quick navigation”
Pros
The layout is put together really well. Everything you need is right in front of you and it doesn't take forever to get to the screen you're looking for.
Cons
I only worked with it for around three months so I didn't run into any problems. The section of the program I needed was simple to use but I can't really speak on the rest of the system.

“ipad notes are fantastic”
Pros
Using my iPad for note-taking is the one feature I really enjoy and that's honestly it.
Cons
Pretty much everything else is frustrating. Their support is awful and most of the time I end up figuring out the solution before their team does. Switching back and forth between the scheduler and the front desk is very time-consuming. If you want credit card processing, you're forced to use Cash Practice and that adds a hefty monthly cost. Even appointment reminders cost extra. Considering how expensive the software is, those features really should already be included.

“powerful value-packed platform”
Pros
ChiroTouch delivers a lot for the money and is like a strong value compared with other office management software.
Cons
It covers just about everything you could want from an office management system but that also means there's a lot to learn if you want to use it to its full potential. On top of that customer support hasn't been especially helpful when assistance is needed.

“Good patient notes workflow”
Pros
Navigating through the different parts of a patient's notes was pretty easy and the check-in system worked really well on the iPad. A lot of doctors also seem to trust and recommend it.
Cons
The font felt a bit too small, depending on the screen size and you do need to create and enter your own macros.

“organized front desk and clinical workflow”
Pros
ChiroTouch brought a more polished and professional feel to our office. It has really improved how our practice operates by keeping both the front desk and the clinical side much more organized.
Cons
One thing that was frustrating was learning there was an extra charge for new patient files and intake which was never disclosed when we purchased it. Even though the product itself is excellent, it is definitely not cheap. At the price they charge, items like new patient intake forms and exams should already be included.

“frustrating switch and confusing setup”
Pros
Honestly it's tough to come up with much that felt positive. The only real bright spot was that the person who handled our training was nice.
Cons
This tool bought the company we had been using and our support was completely cut off unless we moved over to their system. It really felt like we were pushed into switching and we regretted it right away. We went through the training the way we were supposed to but the system was incredibly unfriendly to use. There are around four different ways to do every task and while that might sound helpful because it gives you options, it actually made everything more confusing and much harder to learn. We ended up never going live with it because training was such a struggle and after paying to get out of the contract, we're now back to searching for another system.

“responsive support and customization”
Pros
Their team is responsive, communicates clearly and truly understands the profession. It never is like they are just trying to sell the software and disappear afterward as they continue to provide support and keep improving the product over time. The system is also highly customizable so you can shape it around your practice instead of forcing your workflow into a one- size fits all setup. On top of that they were especially helpful when it came to making sure we received our HITEC Stimulus funds for EHR adoption.
Cons
We have run into a handful of annoying glitches and bugs but honestly that comes with the territory when you are dealing with computer software.

Pros
The support team has been incredibly patient and helpful as we've been getting familiar with the ChiroTouch software.

“affordable and efficient service”
Pros
Between the affordable cost to own and run, the overall efficiency and the responsive customer service, this software has been a very positive experience.
Cons
I really do not have any complaints about the vendor itself. The one thing that still leaves me puzzled is the lack of business-stat querying tools. Even though the product was built by an experienced DC and chiropractic practice owner/operator, there is no real way to pull basic data or drill into statistics to set goals and manage the business side effectively. That is definitely its biggest weakness.

“helpful pain mapping tools”
Pros
One feature that really helps is the patient check-in interaction. Patients can select the exact areas where they're feeling pain and describe the symptoms they're dealing with which makes things much clearer and cuts down on vague answers like I don't know what it is like but it is bothering me.
Cons
At times, the system does lag and when that happens it can take a few minutes before it fully restarts.

“supportive and cutting-edge workflow”
Pros
Right from training through everyday use, support is consistently available and easy to reach whenever it's needed. ChiroTouch really tries to stay ahead of the curve, not just with the software itself but also by making things practical for both providers and staff. It helps keep the business side of chiropractic from becoming so overwhelming that it takes attention away from patient care.

“clean design and simple workflow”
Pros
Its interface looks polished and modern especially compared with other software that is plain and outdated. It's also very simple to navigate and use.
Cons
Keeping up with the workflow can take extra time because I have to move between three different menus. I also haven't come across any function for stop managers.
