Pros

Being a user of this software for 3 years, I have seen immense growth and betterment of this system. It is very efficient which is why it is still our go to software.

Cons

We were expecting a patient portal but so far that hasnt arrived yet.

We paid for the training and they delivered a great presentation with a hands-on component. It can be customized for each therapist according to their goals.

Pros

It is so simple but robust. We can easily navigate the system. They personalized it for our small clinic and the customer support is always available.

Pros

you cannot only be able to see your plan for the day but the week too. Month, and as distant as the plan is set for in development.

Cons

I truly dont have any loathes with this app. I will say when I begin with getting the overhaul, it was befuddling to examined.

Easy to use and does the job well

Pros

Scheduling appointments is really easy. You can directly fax notes from the EMR. It also contains an online platform that you can use when not at the office.

Cons

The software has glitches sometimes. It also contains a big learning curve so it takes a long time to understand and get used to it but regarding the glitches, the team is fully trying to make it better.

User-Friendly Scheduling with Some Limitations

Pros

The scheduling feature of this software is user-friendly and straightforward. We appreciated the convenience of faxing notes directly from the EMR. The availability of an online platform was useful for off-site work, although it differed significantly from the desktop app. Additionally, the on-site support team was very helpful during our transition to this system.

Cons

We were disappointed to find that some features showcased during the demo were not included in the base program, requiring additional payments, which were not initially communicated to us. One such feature was the ability to email patients a Home Exercise Program (HEP). Learning the software demands patience and practice, as it can be time-consuming. Customizing notes proved to be more complex than expected. Our clinic also experienced issues with certain sections of notes being unexpectedly deleted.

You can easily add new templates and other things anew which is very convenient.

Cons

The changes you want to make have to be done from scratch since there is no undo button thus you have to be VERY careful.

Good product, great functions

Pros

Each system integrates very nicely with Clinicient. Reporting and billing are the two features that are our absolute favorites.

Cons

My major concern with Clinicient/Insight is the frequency of glitches or system going down.

I would recommend this software.

Pros

It is very easy to use for anyone. The entire thing is seamlessly connected to everything from scheduling appointments to doing billing; everything is connected and can be done within minutes.

Cons

I wish they would soon introduce a wait-list feature which is something I think it lacks.
