It was good to be able to switch to a paperless office and the notes option was also quite helpful but that is it.
Cons
It was so slow that I was at my wits end most of the time. The documentation process was made unnecessarily longer.

Cons
I have spent the last three years fixing the mistakes this software has causes us! I feel like I am a full time billing liaison at this point. The company provides no support at all either.

Cons
They tried to expand too fast and I think that is where they had their downfall. Their customer service is tragic now as well.

Clinicient is a great tool, it helps me see my schedule at a glance and it allows me to run a lot of reports. It does most of what I want at a very competitive price, which is amazing.
Cons
It takes a lot of time to run on the server. We also face connectivity issues with it. I would like to see it go web-based.

“3 Years of Using Clinicient”
Pros
I have been using Clinicient for over three years, and overall, I'm satisfied with the service. The reports are very comprehensive and provide extensive data on the quality of care. The billing process is fairly good, though we occasionally face timely filing denials this does not happen often, but it does occur. Sometimes the support is excellent, while other times it can be lacking, but overall, the experience is positive. The system is reliable with very few outages.
Cons
When we first signed up three years ago, we were promised several features, such as a patient portal within 3 to 6 months. Three years later, there is still no patient portal. They also mentioned working on merchant services when we signed up, but that has not materialized either. We also signed up with Keet Health for patient retention and MIPS, but Keet Health has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend using Keet Health.

Pros
The quality of my workers reporting has increased, and the method of scrubbing has kept denials minimal. Overall, we are very happy to choose insight. Total Insights billing aspect has made a huge difference in our AR turnaround time, offering an in-depth insight into the strengths and weaknesses of our client, and helping us move forward with a more oriented business plan.
Cons
The program can be glitchy and needs reboots from time to time. A waiting list would be attached to the schedule section for the front office.

Pros
The scrubbing feature is great. It is easy to bill and file claims. It does a good job of filing claims and screening them for errors.
Cons
Sometimes the ERA doesnt come through. Then I need to contact the provider of code and get them to identify the eras. Often, its hard to fix any thing.

Pros
I can open or sign into the program multiple times, allowing me to have the schedule and patient charts open simultaneously or even multiple schedules from different office locations. All prescription, authorization and case information is conveniently located in the patients chart, so I do not need to open multiple windows to find anything this is fantastic! Adding attachments is also very easy; I can do it from either the schedule or the patients chart. Scheduling patients is simple too; I just need to "copy" and "paste" the appointment. The schedule can handle appointments months in advance, so patients often have their appointments set for the entire month! I can text or email appointment updates from the system, which patients really like. There is a sidebar in the schedule view that provides a preview of notes, insurance information, referral details, etc., but it doesn't show private information like date of birth for HIPAA compliance. It also saves all my work when I close the program.
Cons
The software can be slow at times, but overall it is excellent. Its much more secure than other internet-based software I have used in the past for my job.

Other systems that we’ve used were always complex or difficult to implement, But, with this software everything seems so easy to do and you get things done in an effortless way. The training never stops and is excellent. The support always responds in time and is excellent as well. The templates are easy to customize and are very nice. Whenever a change comes within the technology world they quickly implement it. The system is run by PT’s who have been clinicians, so they have built something that is according to our needs and they understand what we require and what our issues are.
Cons
Not much, but I would like to say that we have to do large amounts of free text documentation which doesn’t really feel great. The word processing program is obsolete, as it doesn’t learn anything at all.

Just a few glitches here and there sometimes occur which are easily noticed, and another thing that I would like to mention is that it does not integrate with our outcomes tracking software, and it would be more amazing if they could make this happen for us.

It is a great product, helped us with collections, scheduling, documenting, and billing. The system has been great overall. It is easy to use, and is insurance compliant, the system is also interoperable for all staff and any department. It helps us give the best patient experience. It is a good product for any use.
Cons
There are a few of it that I would like to mention, the passing compliant participation is not clear. And if you have a specific need then the product update and use could be a problem for you.

We have 15 therapists in our clinic, but for us this product has been a lifesaver. Everything works seamless within this product like keeping track of schedule, clinical notes and billing. Whenever we face an issue the customer support has always been there for us to help us solve it. This product offers a portal as well which is super amazing as you can make contact with other users, access training and support with it.
Cons
The thing that I don’t like about the system is that whenever we format the notes and all, the formatting never stays, it disappears, and when we have to resend a fax, we have to reformat it all over again. I would also like the product to add a notification or pop up feature so that whenever a patient checks in the notification would be given to the therapist.
