Pros

There aren’t many EMRs for speech therapy centers around; we were lucky to come across Clinicient via a speech specialist’s recommendation. The patient progress tracking feature and billing service are amazing.

Cons

Takes a bit of hands-on experience to get used to - but worth the effort (our practice is better off now).

Patient Analytics are better than the rest
Pros

We’ve been using Insight to great reviews from our rehab doctors for the last six months. Patient charting, history, and analytics (especially the dashboard where you get to see improvements and worsening client conditions at a glance) are the best features.

Cons

Not suitable if you want a lot of advanced, granular, customizations in your reports. We do need to rely on Google Docs/Sheets in such cases.

Clinicient has greatly streamlined my practice workflow; needs more customization!
Pros

I love the fact that Clinicient combines powerful reporting and billing features – allowing me to track how my practice is performing/individual skin residents are faring.

Cons

The vendor needs to add more customization features to the subscription. We tend to run things a little differently up here in NC; default templates quickly run out of favor when you’re dealing with patients presenting with a wild array of symptoms.

Pros

This software has made every single thing so easy for us as it is an all-in-one software. From scheduling to tasks like billing, Clinicient has made everything so easy and straightforward.

Pros

Overall, using Insight EMR was a positive experience. It was most helpful to work with our account manager on a monthly basis. The practice manager would find the monthly management reports very beneficial. With the billing software, the EMR system is fully implemented. Full integration of records and billing systems makes it more effective for billing.

Cons

There are times when the system doesnt run smoothly despite having fast internet connections thus causing a lag in the workflow.

Cons

We encountered difficulties while trying to integrate the system with our existing billing software used across multiple practices. Despite seeking support from InsightEMR, the integration issues persisted, hindering seamless collaboration between the two systems.

Pros

The customer support is amazing. The system itself is quite easy to learn and use for a novice as well. It is easy to track the patient load. Reviewing the appointment schedule and notes is quite easy to do. The system is great.

Cons

It has a learning curve but what software does? At times it gets hard to obtain the reports that we need, it usually is there, but it takes time to find your way through hence kind of diminishing the productivity.

Great Learning Curve
Pros

Planning is very straightforward. It is good that you can fax notes straight from EMR. They have an internet platform that can be used when not within the clinic, in spite of the fact that it isnt comparable to your desktop app at all.

Cons

I feel like a few features that appeared in the demo are not really a portion of the program unless you pay more. Fair enough.

Pros

I am happy with the overall performance of the software. The software team has done an excellent job. The quality of documentation and other features is mind-blowing and goes beyond expectations. The system is reliable for billing as well.

Scheduling appointments is really easy. You can directly fax notes from the EMR. It also contains an online platform that you can use when not at the office.

Cons

The software has glitches sometimes. It also contains a big learning curve so it takes a long time to understand and get used to it but regarding the glitches, the team is fully trying to make it better.

User-Friendly Scheduling with Some Limitations
Pros

The scheduling feature of this software is user-friendly and straightforward. We appreciated the convenience of faxing notes directly from the EMR. The availability of an online platform was useful for off-site work, although it differed significantly from the desktop app. Additionally, the on-site support team was very helpful during our transition to this system.

Cons

We were disappointed to find that some features showcased during the demo were not included in the base program, requiring additional payments, which were not initially communicated to us. One such feature was the ability to email patients a Home Exercise Program (HEP). Learning the software demands patience and practice, as it can be time-consuming. Customizing notes proved to be more complex than expected. Our clinic also experienced issues with certain sections of notes being unexpectedly deleted.

Pros

It is very easy to use for anyone. The entire thing is seamlessly connected to everything from scheduling appointments to doing billing; everything is connected and can be done within minutes.

It was good to be able to switch to a paperless office and the notes option was also quite helpful but that is it.

Pros

Honestly, you would think software updates would be positive but no in this case. It has become even less stable!

Cons

I have spent the last three years fixing the mistakes this software has causes us! I feel like I am a full time billing liaison at this point. The company provides no support at all either.

Pros

Honestly, I cannot say I enjoyed anything about this software because of how unstable it proved to be and really had me on edge the entire time!

Cons

They tried to expand too fast and I think that is where they had their downfall. Their customer service is tragic now as well.

Clinicient is a great tool, it helps me see my schedule at a glance and it allows me to run a lot of reports. It does most of what I want at a very competitive price, which is amazing.

Cons

It takes a lot of time to run on the server. We also face connectivity issues with it. I would like to see it go web-based.
