Pros

What I like most about InsightEMR is its smooth flow. It is very simple and not confusing. I can easily schedule patients with therapists, enter their copay amounts, print patient paperwork and more.

Cons

I have been using InsightEMR for just over two years, and so far, I have not come across any cons or complaints about it.

Great features in great price

Pros

There aren't many EMRs for speech therapy centers around and we were lucky to come across Clinicient via a speech specialist's recommendation. The patient progress tracking feature and billing service are amazing.

Cons

Takes a bit of hands-on experience to get used to - but worth the effort (our practice is better off now).

Best for patient analytics

Pros

We’ve been using Insight to great reviews from our rehab doctors for the last six months. Patient charting, history, and analytics (especially the dashboard where you get to see improvements and worsening client conditions at a glance) are the best features.

Cons

Not suitable if you want a lot of advanced, granular, customizations in your reports. We do need to rely on Google Docs/Sheets in such cases.

Streamlined my workflow

Pros

I love the fact that Clinicient combines powerful reporting and billing features, allowing me to track how my practice is performing/individual skin residents are faring.

Cons

The vendor needs to add more customization features to the subscription. We tend to run things a little differently up here in NC; default templates quickly run out of favor when you’re dealing with patients presenting with a wild array of symptoms.

Helped a lot with our work

Pros

Overall, using Insight EMR was a positive experience. It was most helpful to work with our account manager on a monthly basis. The practice manager would find the monthly management reports very beneficial. With the billing software, the EMR system is fully implemented. Full integration of records and billing systems makes it more effective for billing.

Cons

There are times when the system doesnt run smoothly despite having fast internet connections thus causing a lag in the workflow.

Love the customer support

Pros

The customer support is amazing. The system itself is quite easy to learn and use for a novice as well. It is easy to track the patient load. Reviewing the appointment schedule and notes is quite easy to do. The system is great.

Cons

Like any new software, Clinicient has its learning curve, but that's just part of the process, right? Once you get the hang of it, it's solid, but finding certain reports can be a bit of a maze. They're usually there and it just takes some navigating, which can slow things down a bit. A smoother layout for finding reports would definitely help keep productivity up!

Pros

I can easily do planning now. It is good that you can fax notes straight from EMR. They have an internet platform that can be used when not within the clinic, in spite of the fact that it isnt comparable to your desktop app at all.

Cons

I feel like a few features that appeared in the demo are not really a portion of the program unless you pay more. Fair enough.

I am happy with the overall performance of the software. The software team has done an excellent job. The quality of documentation and other features is mind-blowing and goes beyond expectations. The system is reliable for billing as well.
