Pros
I have seen Clinicient grow and improve through the almost half a decade long experience I have had with it. The company is truly devoted to creating a better workspace experience for medical specialty practices. All aspects of the system have tremendously improved since we first started using it. The special thing about them is that they build a relationship with the clinicians to understand their needs and improve the product in a way that fulfills them. The software provides a versatile daily experience with ease of use. They form a sort of partnership with the clients. It is a great service provided by an amazing company.
Cons
The only immediate drawback is that it’s PC-only. Would love to see Tab/iPad versions of it in the near future.

Pros
Clinicient is a promising company with some really great products. The software is very well rounded. The interface works perfectly with Zirmed. The billing and charting components are integrated and work seamlessly. The company staff is very great and responsive. They are always fixing bugs and introducing more features to enhance work experience.
Cons
Financial records of patients, the billing management and accounting could be made better as it is very complex. Costumer support is not always helpful and easily accessible.

Pros
Clinicient takes care of most our billing related tasks for us which saves a great deal of time and other jobs can be done quicker. The system very well integrated and saves us the trouble of employing two different vendors and getting them to manually align their workings. Documentation is very simple and when integrated with the billing management section, it does wonders for both physician and patient experiences.
Cons
Their support staff isn’t the best and takes too much energy to deal with. I get how things must be dealt with according to their significance and I have no problem with that. In any case, I dont generally feel that I am able to explain the issue well. Its almost as though there are communication barriers concerning our levels of expertise and I am not clarifying the circumstance properly that I need/need to be resolved.
